Located right in front of the beach, our laid-back resort is the perfect spot for travelers looking to relax, ride the waves, and soak in the tropical vibe. Whether you're here to surf or just chill out, we've got you covered.

We have about a dozen locally paid staff that help out in tasks ranging from cooking, cleaning, accounting, etc. They are all super friendly and the ones that you might work alongside also speak English so no worries there :)

We're surrounded by local restaurants, street food stalls, fruit vendors, and smoothie stands.
We often go out as a team to try authentic Vietnamese dishes together.
Of course, we’re also located right in front of the beach, so in your free time you can enjoy kitesurfing, surfing, or windsurfing — or just relax, enjoy the beach or the pool, enjoy our rooftop bar perfect for sunset gazing or explore the local town.

We are looking for someone who knows how to post and edit videos, reels and photo’s. Who has an eye for detail and passion. If you have equipment that would be a plus!
💃🏽 Zumba/ Aqua sports Teachers
You are an active dancer that loves to teach guests fun dances inside the pool. Get everyone to join and share you’re energy.
🛎️ Receptionists
Be the friendly face that greets our guests!
You’ll help with check-ins and check-outs, answer questions. Make sure everyone feels welcome :)
🧘 Yoga Teachers
Lead relaxed, inspiring yoga sessions.
We’re looking for someone with positive energy and a passion for sharing their practice. And volunteers who can stay longer then 2 to 3 months.
🎤🎸 Live Music & Entertainment
We’re on the hunt for talented live entertainers to bring soulful vibes and unforgettable moments to our guests. Ranging from soulful vibes and magic melodies, to dancers, fire shows and magic. If you love performing and want to soak in the sun, sand, and sea, this is your perfect gig!
🍜 Food Tour Assistants
Join our food tours and help guests discover amazing local restaurants.
You don’t need to speak Vietnamese, just bring good vibes and help guide the experience.
⏰ What We Ask:
We ask for around 5 hours of help per day, 5 days a week.
That said, we do ask for a flexible attitude, as you might be asked to help in different areas depending on the day and what’s needed.
Even if you don't have any experience in any of these roles, please consider applying, we take all kinds of people from all background :))
