  Hello! We are Thomas (33) and Lucia (32) with our three children Livia (6), Elian (4), and Simio (almost 2). We live in a large house with a big garden in Thiersee – a beautiful mountain village in Tyrol, ideally located between Munich, Innsbruck, and Salzburg (all three have airports).
  
  We live a healthy lifestyle, eat exclusively organic food, cook fresh and mostly vegetarian meals – preferably with vegetables from our own garden.
  
  What's important to us:
  
  Minimum stay of 2 weeks (anything shorter is too much work for us)
  
  A driver's license is required (your own car = maximum flexibility)
  Basic German skills – because of the children

  Hallo! Wir sind Thomas (33) und Lucia (32) mit unseren drei Kindern Livia (6), Elian (4) und Simio (fast 2). Wir leben in einem großen Haus mit viel Garten in Thiersee – einem schönen Bergdorf in Tirol, ideal gelegen zwischen München, Innsbruck und Salzburg (alle drei mit Flughafen).
  Wir leben gesund, essen ausschließlich Bio, kochen frisch und meist vegetarisch – am liebsten mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten.
  Was uns wichtig ist:
  
  Mindestaufenthalt 2 Wochen (kürzer ist für uns zu aufwändig)
  Führerschein ist Voraussetzung (eigenes Auto = maximale Flexibilität)
  Grundkenntnisse Deutsch – wegen der Kinder
  Damit wir wissen, dass du das gelesen hast: Schreibe bitte „great view" an den Anfang deiner Nachricht.

  Thiersee is the perfect starting point for exploring the mountains: hiking, mountain biking, climbing – right on your doorstep. Lake Thiersee is just a few minutes away, and there are other lakes nearby. The Wilder Kaiser and Zahmer Kaiser mountain ranges are ideal for multi-day hut-to-hut hikes.
  
  In summer, there are many traditional festivals with folk costumes and live music. Kufstein Fortress is close by, Innsbruck is a 40-minute train ride away, and Munich is about an hour away.
  
  In summer, we often take trips to lakes or go camping ourselves – you're welcome to join us.
  
  (In winter, skiing/snowboarding is also available right from the village limits – but we'll tell you more about that if you visit in winter.)

  Thiersee ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die Berge: Wandern, Mountainbiken, Klettern – direkt vor der Haustür. Der Thiersee ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, weitere Seen in der Umgebung. Das Wilde und Zahme Kaisergebirge lädt zu mehrtägigen Hüttentouren ein.
  
  Im Sommer gibt es viele traditionelle Feste mit Tracht und Live-Musik. Die Festung Kufstein ist nah, Innsbruck mit dem Zug 40 Minuten, München ca. eine Stunde entfernt.
  
  Wir machen im Sommer oft Ausflüge zu Seen oder gehen selbst campen – du bist herzlich eingeladen, mitzukommen.
  
  (Im Winter gibt es zusätzlich Skifahren/Snowboarden ab Dorfgrenze – aber dazu mehr, wenn du im Winter kommst.)

  Our three areas of responsibility – in this order of priority:
  
  1. Household (main task)
  
  Keeping the kitchen clean – especially after meals
  Folding laundry
  General tidying, including the children's play area
  Clearing the floor for the robot vacuum (in the evenings)
  Thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms (once a week)
  Taking out the trash and recycling
  Occasionally cooking (vegetarian/vegan)
  Occasional special tasks, e.g., sorting children's clothes
  
  2. Garden
  
  Watering
  Weeding
  Helping to create new garden beds
  Tending to vegetables
  Mowing the lawn
  For those who are creative: feel free to undertake your own design projects in the garden

  Playing lovingly with the children
  Looking after them when needed

  Animals: We also have 8 chickens and 2 cats that need to be cared for.
  
  We are happy to adapt the tasks to your strengths. There will be plenty of free time to explore Tyrol.

  Ab und zu kochen (vegetarisch/vegan)
  Gelegentliche Sonderaufgaben, z. B. Kinderkleidung sortieren

  Beim Anlegen neuer Beete helfen
  Gemüse pflegen
  Rasenmähen
  Wer kreativ ist: gerne auch eigene Gestaltungsprojekte im Garten

  Liebevoll mit den Kindern spielen
  Auf sie aufpassen, wenn nötig
  Lern- oder Sprachaktivitäten
  
  Tiere: Wir haben außerdem 8 Hühner und 2 Katzen, die nebenbei mitversorgt werden.
  Die Aufgaben passen wir gerne an deine Stärken an. Es bleibt viel Freizeit, um Tirol zu erkunden.

  You have the choice:
  
  Tipi in the garden – a large Nordisk Asgard 12.6 with a separate sleeping cabin, comfortable for 1-2 people
  
  Your own tent – ​​plenty of space
  
  Campervan pitch – in the garden or in front of the house
  
  Guest room in the house with private bathroom (we have two bathrooms, one is exclusively yours)
  
  Also: sauna, cold garden shower for the brave, and a large fire pit for barbecues.
  
  Food: Lucia usually cooks three fresh meals a day. We enjoy lunch and dinner together. If you like to cook, we'd love it if you brought us a specialty from your country!

  Außerdem: Sauna, kalter Garten-Brause für Mutige, und ein großer Feuerplatz für Grillabende.
  
  Essen: Lucia kocht meistens 3× täglich frisch. Mittag- und Abendessen genießen wir gerne gemeinsam. Wenn du gerne kochst, freuen wir uns, wenn du uns auch mal eine Spezialität aus deinem Land mitbringst!
