  Hello dear people,
  My name is Marta and I live in Polish Carpathian Mountains, in the heart of Magurski National Park.
  The land of forests, mountain streams, rivers, flowery meadows, abundant wildlife, and pastures with grazing cows, each one with their own name:)
  
  I am living with my animals; dog, two cats, two horses and three sheep.
  They are my companions, guardians and teachers, leading me every day to connection with my heart.
  
  The place where I live is a palpable manifestation of a dream of creating a place in nature where everything and everyone will bloom, find nourishment for the body and soul, attune to beauty and awaken the sparkle, the joy of living.
  
  The life unfolds here with the rhythms of the nature, the seasons.
  Side by side with the elements of nature.
  The body is nourished by the local foods and wild plants.
  Every day is unique and can be full of little and big miracles.
  
  Here you will also experience life in it’s simplicity, without electricity-candlelight evenings, without running water-garden baths, without internet-more space in the mind:)
  If you will need to connect with the world and have access to the internet I can help you with that-I have some internet spots around, among my lovely neighbours ;)
  
  I would be very happy if you will help me to tend to this place and let it flourish more.

  I will be honoured to get to know you and to share this space.
  This exchange is also invitation for me to open to share my essence and my medicine with the world.🙏
  
  I feel most passionate about bringing back sparkle, joy, hope and freedom into peoples lives, connecting with animals and plants, healing with nature, self discovery, coming back to the body, dancing, cooking (seasonal, vegetarian food inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda), well being, understanding relationships (to self, partners, family) creating beauty, bringing magic into every day life, creating adventures (with horses as well) and creating beautiful herbal or cacao ceremonies.
  
  There are some tools like: Yoga, meditation, Himalayan Kryia Yoga, somatic practices, nervous system regulation practices, intuitive movement, tradition of Tantra, Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine), herbalism, and communication with plants and animals that are supporting me in my everyday life and I will gladly share them with You.
  
  Here you will have opportunity to:
  
  -Experience living in attunement with nature and her rhythms
  -learn practices to: reconnect to the body, and bring more relaxation and openness, regulate your nervous system, widen your capacity to feel and to be with your emotions, and to let them flow, to feel more aliveness and to calm your mind.
  -learn to communicate with the animals and plants.
  -experience healing presence of the horses and learn to understand them and communicate with them in freedom also without any tools needed.
  -learn the principles of Ayurveda and creating simple, seasonal meals that help you heal your body.
  -lean about wild herbs and plants, their properties and how to prepare them.

  In the village where I live still the traces of local culture of Lemko people are alive.
  You can see traditional wooden houses , hear traditional music or try local kitchen.
