Hello workawayers, Welcome to our beach resort!
If golden beaches, delicious meals, and friendly smiles make you happy, then join us to experience beautiful sunsets and tasty food every day at our beachfront holiday resort located in Ambalangoda, along the attractive southern coastline of Sri Lanka.
Our 18-roomed beachfront resort along with the bar and the restaurant has a very friendly vibe as it is directed by three very close school buddies who are software engineers by profession.
We are well known for the mouth-watering meals that are offered at our restaurant, which are finely prepared by our experienced chefs, and for the loving hospitality that is offered by our friendly and helpful staff members.
Currently we are looking to accommodate workawayers so that we can share all the great experiences that we have to offer as a beautiful beachfront resort surrounded by the wonderful Sri Lankan culture and traditions. There are 9 local staff working in different areas like gardening, restaurant, room service department and maintenance.

From the moment you arrive in Sri Lanka, you will notice that Sri Lanka holds a whole lot of new experiences for you. Although its a small island, Sri Lanka offers a vast amount of cultural values and has a long history of following cool traditions. As we are a multinational country, you will encounter people who speak different languages, people who follow different religions, and even people dressed in unique ways according to their culture and tradition.
As Sinhala and Tamil are the two major languages that are used here, you will be exposed to a lot of people going about their day-to-day life chatting away in Sinhala. This will be a great opportunity for you to pick up some cool Sinhala phrases and learn a new language from the friendly locals while taking a stroll on the beach.
You can freely walk into temples, kovils or church's and experience their unique customs and traditions. The locals are very peaceful and welcoming and are always ready to help. Having this variety of cultures and traditions around, we Sri Lankans have been blessed with very colorful and eventful celebrations which usually call for delicious and
flavorful food. So, you will get the golden opportunity to experience traditional Sri Lankan cooking. The local food is tasty and affordable. But, there are so many western options too, which might be a pleasant surprise for you! You will be able to learn how to recreate our delicious recipes and take them home to impress your friends and family.
Sri Lanka not only has a diverse culture but is also blessed with much biodiversity. Sri Lanka is home to a lot of endemic plants and animals. You will get to experience bio-diversity with attractive and mesmerizing plants and animals. Mostly, you will get to enjoy the wildlife and explore the southern coastline which is believed to have some of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka!
A beach resort is the best place to spend time volunteering at because you get to enjoy the golden beaches, cool breezes, and delicious food all while getting to interact and engage with the locals while picking up their traditions and experiencing their culture. It is never boring at a resort because you get all kinds of different guests every day and you get to interact with different people while you are also enjoying life comfortably.

We are offering a nice and comfortable dorm room with an attached bathroom along with daily breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will also have access to the kitchen and the prepping area whenever you need to prepare food for yourself as well .

Sri Lanka is a wonderful place for tourists to experience different climates and terrains in a considerably short period of time. You can be at the beach wearing shorts and enjoying the waves in the morning and by evening, you can be bundled up in layers and layers of warm clothes in the chilly cold hill country.
We have a very reliable railway that runs all over the island covering the coastline up until the hill country passing through acres of coconut farms, abundant tea estates, waterfalls, forests, mountains and the coast. You can go camping at the beach, hike up a mountain, or even take boat rides along the river, the list of interesting activities that are there in Sri Lanka is so long, that it is hard to list them down. There are tons and tons of places to go sightseeing and enjoy!

As this is a leading tourist hotel and recently facelifted this has been designed to support and host digital nomads.We have a fiber optics internet connection as well as outlets to charge mobile phones and laptops thought the property.We encourage the use of own wifi as most of the brandwith allocated are for the hotel guests
