  *Please, we are only looking for ONE volunteer at a time*
  
  We are located in the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta, 40 minutes (by motorcycle) from the town of Minca. It is a gorgeous and peaceful location. We'd love to have nice people at the reception to explain how the hotel works, what are the different activities and you will be the main link between the staff that speak only spanish and the guest that don't and usually speak English that's why we need volunteers who speak both English and Spanish. Some times you might have extra task like making some beds . We like the volunteers that want to had up with some help with there own skills. Fotografi, drawing, designing, social media, gardening, whatever is your passion.
  We are currently a team of five :-). It includes an amazing cook who prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner inspired by European flavors. And you will be accommodated in a room of tree person or in a tente if you prefer or if there is no other option.

  Estamos ubicados en la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, a 40 minutos (en moto) de la ciudad de Minca. Es un lugar precioso y tranquilo. Nos encantaría tener gente amable en la recepción para explicar cómo funciona el hotel, cuáles son las diferentes actividades y usted será el enlace principal entre el personal que sólo habla español y los huéspedes que no y por lo general hablan Inglés es por eso que necesitamos voluntarios que hablan Inglés y Español. Algunas veces tendrás tareas extras como hacer algunas camas o lavar platos. Nos gustan los voluntarios que quieren ayudar con sus propias habilidades. Fotografi, dibujo, diseño, medios de comunicación social, jardinería, lo que sea su pasión.
  Actualmente somos un equipo de cinco :-). Incluye un cocinero increíble que prepara desayunos, almuerzos y cenas inspirados en los sabores europeos. Y te alojas en una habitación de tres personas o en una tente si lo prefieres o si no hay otra opción.

  We work with permaculture, which means that we try to be as resilient and self-sufficient as possible. We grow the most possible food we can in a responsible, biological and respectful way. We have our own water. We built the house mainly with natural and local materials etc... There is a lot to learn about these techniques.
  
  Trabajamos con permacultura, lo que significa que intentamos ser lo más resilientes y autosuficientes posible. Cultivamos la mayor cantidad de alimentos posible de manera responsable, biológica y respetuosa. Tenemos nuestro propio suministro de agua. Construimos la casa principalmente con materiales naturales y locales, etc. Hay mucho que aprender sobre estas técnicas.

  We are looking for people to be at the reception, do photography or video.
  
  There is a lot to do regarding tourism since the hostel has recently opened
  - Presence in social media
  - Advertise the different locations you can visit (marking a path, adding trails to OpenStreetMap, creating hiking sheets for guests, discovering new ones ;-))
  - Promote fauna and flora and of course the permaculture garden (identification, create sheets/tours for guests)
  
  Any interesting projects can be developed if it's possible in terms of logistics and budget.
  
  
  Estamos buscando personas para estar en la recepción, hacer fotografía o video y/o crear un sitio web.
  
  Hay mucho por hacer en cuanto al turismo ya que el hostal ha sido recientemente inaugurado:
  - Presencia en redes sociales
  - Publicitar los diferentes lugares que se pueden visitar (marcando un camino, añadiendo senderos en OpenStreetMap, creando fichas de senderismo para los huéspedes, descubriendo nuevos ;-))
  - Promover la fauna y flora y por supuesto el jardín de permacultura (identificación, crear fichas/recorridos para los huéspedes)
  
  Cualquier proyecto interesante puede ser desarrollado si es posible en términos de logística y presupuesto.

  Alojamiento

  You will stay in a room for 3 people or the bigger dorm of six. The water is drinkable here and there is hot water in the shower! Be careful that the evenings can be cold. We recommend you to bring at least a jumper and even a jacket.
  
  The place is too remote for grocery shopping so we provide all the meals. We welcome people with dietary restrictions (vegetarian)
  
  Te alojarás en una habitación para 3 personas o en el dormitorio más grande de 6 personas. El agua aquí es potable y hay agua caliente en la ducha. Ten cuidado de que las noches pueden ser frías. Te recomendamos que traigas al menos un suéter e incluso una chaqueta.
  
  El lugar es demasiado remoto para hacer compras, así que proporcionamos todas las comidas. Damos la bienvenida a personas con restricciones dietéticas (vegetarianas).

  The location is breathtaking, you can go to a stunning waterfall 2 hours by foot, but also different viewpoints all over the Sierra Nevada. The nature is unbelievable, you can observe a toucan a few meters from the hostel in the morning, monkeys? see a variety of butterflies and birds.
  
  La ubicación es impresionante, se puede llegar a una impresionante cascada en 2 horas a pie, pero también hay diferentes miradores por toda la Sierra Nevada. La naturaleza es increíble, se pueden observar tucanes a pocos metros del hostal por la mañana, los monos, veR una variedad de mariposas y pájaros.

  About 5 hours a day, 5 days per week. We are flexible and we can of course talk about schedules and days off. We want you to discover this astonishing region and enjoy it as much as possible.
