  The academy in Ubon Ratchathani combines soccer, English, and life skills to inspire children and families. We welcome volunteers who love sports, teaching, or cultural exchange to join us in a fun and meaningful community project. At the academy, we currently have a small local team that supports the daily running of the academy.
  Our staff includes:
  One football coach who assists with training and supporting children during practice.
  One administrative assistant who helps with communication, scheduling, and coordination with families.
  One part-time cleaner who helps us maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  Together with Workawayers, this team creates a friendly and supportive atmosphere where everyone contributes and learns from each other. The Workawayers will be assisting and supporting the main teaching staff in their duties.

  During your stay with us at the academy, you will not only help children with English and sports but also enjoy a true cultural exchange. We want you to feel like part of our team. We’ll share meals, conversations, and local experiences together, so you can discover what daily life is like in Ubon Ratchathani.
  
  You will have the opportunity to learn about Thai culture, language, food, and traditions while also sharing your own culture with us and our students. In return, we can teach you about local customs, the Thai way of life, and the values of our community, as well as offer you the chance to join in family activities, temple gatherings, and excursions in the area.
  We believe hosting Workawayers is a two-way learning journey. We hope to learn from your unique experiences, perspectives, and skills, while you will gain valuable insight into teaching, teamwork, and life in Southeast Asia. Our goal is that you feel welcomed, supported, and enriched by your time with us—leaving not only with memories but also with meaningful friendships.

  Accommodation:
  Volunteers will stay in a comfortable, safe, and friendly environment close to the academy. You’ll have a private or shared room with basic amenities, access to clean bathrooms, and a kitchen for meals. Wi-Fi is available, and you’ll be part of a welcoming community where you can relax, connect, and recharge after your activities. 🏡✨
  
  All ingredients for cooking will be provided, including rice, oil, seasonings, eggs, vegetables, milk, bread, water, chicken, and a weekly stipend of 500 THB."

  We also provide a motorbike for volunteers (if you are comfortable riding) to make commuting easier and to explore the area independently. Take advantage of weekend trips to nearby temples, waterfalls, nature spots, and even excursions to Laos, just a few hours away.
