  We’re at semi retired couple living in central Italy. We have a country house with large garden, growing our own veggies and have an abundance of fruit, olive and nut trees .
  We have 2 dogs and a cat, a large garden but we’re within walking distance of the local village with all amenities . We have a large detached house with pool, hot tub, gym and a sauna. It’s the perfect property for relaxing and re charging.
  The activities will be helping in our private residence and gardens and will have no involvement while the property is rented for a few weeks during the summer. The only involvement of any applicants will be to help in the house and garden whilst we’re at the property. Mainly in the garden but may involve some minor assistance in the house as were are getting older. Perfect for an avid gardener looking to improve skills in topiary etc as we have a formal garden.

  We offer insight into DIY skills, Mike was in the building trade for over 40 years so is very hands on and willing to pass on any skills he learnt along the way, as well as skills in the kitchen learning how to cook from scratch with what’s availabale from the garden and in season. We are happy to offer help with English language and are happy to welcome any Italian speakers especially.
  The village is within an easy 10 min walk and offers all amenities with bars , restaurants etc. we are happy to take our guests sight seeing etc

  Ayuda

  We are looking for help with general maintenance and helping with the garden. We are happy to teach any skills in maintenance and garden projects and also offer to teach preserving fruits etc that are harvested when ripe. We’re very easy going and happy to work around any work schedules you may have already. You will have your own room, bathroom, lounge with smart TV and private terrace to relax . We have a large study for anyone wishing to use it. We have a pool for use during the summer months and a small gym/exercise area with weights, rowing machine, exercise bike also for use if required. We offer a light lunch and dinner in the evening. Happy to take you exploring the area on weekends if required.

  We offer a double bedroom with a bathroom also. There is a lounge for your use with smart TV and also a terrace if you want to relax in your own space. All your bedding and towels are supplied

  There are lots of archeological sights close by and medieval villages to explore. There are waterfall trails a 15 min car journey away and the ski resort is approx 30 mins. From the house. The beach is also 35 mins away. Lots of restaurants in the area for foodies. There is a bus at the end of the road that takes to nearby towns. We are happy to take you out sight seeing also if you don’t have your own transport. Happy to collect from local train station or bus

  We require help either morning or afternoon and are happy to fit around your work. There is an office that you are welcome to use. We have WiFi which is boosted throughout the property. We like to grow our own veggies as much as possible. We harvest the nuts, olives and fruits that grow in the orchard for our own use.

  Very friendly cat who spends most the day sleeping either outside on the terrace or upstairs in the study

  Very friendly chihuahua who thinks everyone is his friend. Enjoys nothing more than playing fetch or football in the garden

  

  Paris (8 años)

  A very friendly teacup chihuahua who is frightened of her own shadow. But once she gets to know you she’s fine and loves belly rubs
