Help with daily life and DIY in our home in Guadiaro, Spain

  We are mother and daughter, living together after having gone through a sudden lose of all family members……three years ago, this has leaft us in a situation were we are total alone with our running of our home, and finding it difficult to up keep our home to the standard we would like if to be.
  Mum is 76 and me 57, so some tasks are becoming to difficult to do now.
  
  We have now reached a peaceful place mentally and are looking to bring back again more joy, laughter and lightheartedness into our lives and home.
  we would like someone age range 20-50 that comes with enthusiasm and positivity towards live, and that is relaxed and easy going, but can also look after themselves and importantly clean after themselves.
  
  willing to work a little hard some days, when more difficult tasks need doing.
  
  We need help with general odd jobs, small and medium sized tasks, in and around our little semi-detached house.
  
  We are looking for either a male or female who is fit and able to do odd jobs such as painting, decorating, repairing and making good different areas, internal and external.
  We need someone who is a bit a jack of all trades.
  From drilling holes to hanging things, to tiling, and making small projects with wood, like pergola ect. Maybe also some Gardening
  Help.
  
  We are also open to doing things separately, so if there is someone who specialises in painting houses for example, we welcome to host them and concentrate on this only.
  If someone specialises in carpentry we welcome a seperate hosting for this.
  Masonry Ect.
  
  So as we have quiet a lot of up dating to do in our little house, just get in touch and we see, if we are a good fit and we can arrange ourselves.
  4-5 hours a day monday to friday is what we would be looking for.

  In return we can offer following:
  A seperate space on the top floor of the house, a bedroom ( but this needs work doing ( decorating and sorting )
  But we’ll make it as cosy as possible.
  A chill out area with sofas and tv area and a lovely terrace with gorgeous mountain views, all for personal and private use.
  Wifi connection.
  You can make all this your own little spaces.
  Toilets and bathrooms are downstairs and need to be shared.
  
  Shared meals, but all very relaxed as we dont cook everyday and sometimes only have snacks ect, but not to work there is always a pantry full of food and drink.
  
  Kitchen is downstairs and main living room and garden and terrace, this is welcome to be used, but keeping in mind it is our areas too, so we ask for these to be respected as much as possible as to how we are used to having them in our own little quirky ways.
  
  We would like the right person to make themselves feel at home and be a part of our family, but we can also enjoy our own spaces and private times.
  
  We speak German, English and Spanish so you can use your time for any language practices.
  
  We have two cars and we can offer to take you out with us on weekends, to show you some of our beautiful areas.
  We are surrounded by wonderful country side, mountains and lakes and beaches and Mediterranean sea and Atlantic sea.
  There is so much to see and do, it is truely a wonderful part of the world here.
  We live in a very exclusive resort, place or the rich and famous ( which we are neither lol )
  Famous for golf, polo and sailing.
  And very international.
  July and august get extremely hot, so anyone coming in these months, woild have to take into account, that the work would have to be carried out in the mornings, as by lunchtime it will start to get to hot to work. Better spend rest of the time on the beach or relaxing on the terrace with a cool drink.
  
  Mum can also run you down to the local village or the port, if you want to get anything or even just to go down for a little stroll around.
  
  We have many good friends who also always up to something, so there may be possibilities to join them when they go out to a local market or a day trip.
  We have a nice big network, that the right person can take advantage of.
  
  There are buses also available and the bus stop is walkkng distance from our house.
  
  The famous rock of Gibraltar is only a 20 minute drive away and you are welcome to come with me and spend a day there, whilst I’am working.
