Hey everyone! Im Mariel and I have a hostel in Puerto Iguazú - Argentina (where the Iguazu falls are) . It is a really small hostel and I work with my family (mom, dad, husband and my children). The work here is super easy: Check in and check out guests, give information, clean the pool between other small jobs. Our hostel has 4 bedrooms in total, three of them are shared and just one is private, it is located at the city center, near to supermarkets, the bus station, bakerys, good restaurants, nice bars and the neightborhood is super calm and safe.

First of all, we can practice Spanish, and also you will learn a lot about our culture. For sure we will be able to show you how we livein our country, and which customs we have.

Ayuda
We need you as a receptionist, but it is a really nice way to receive people since you are working but at the same time you can use the pool, hang out with other travellers, cook your meals and feel as you are at home. In addition, you will clean the pool (small one), keep the house in order but you will not need to clean the whole house (we have a cleaning lady)
Also, you will give some information about the waterfalls, the buses or taxis to get there, and you will work 5 hours per day. It is super necessary to speak English.

Alojamiento
The room is tiny, with a bunkbed in case another volunteer wants to come, but you will not share the room with guests. It has AC, and good Wifi.
We dont offer all meals, but what we have we are always willing to share.
There is a kitchen to use with some basic food supplies. Although we do not offer food with the position as there is no cook within our hostel, we often will eat here together as a family and are always happy to share these meals!

Near to the hostel there are some places to chill and watch the sunset, for example in front of HITO TRES FRONTERAS (where you see Paraguay and Brasil also the rivers Paraná and Iguazú), then there are small waterfalls where you can swim, but of course, to visit the Iguazu waterfalls is the best experince.
