Farming With Intention:
We’re looking to host people who want to stay at least two months, ideally longer. Not because of rules, but because real learning here takes time. If what we’re doing speaks to you, reach out — we’re open to conversation.
What This Place Is:
This isn’t a retreat or a volunteer vacation. It’s a working farm in the cloud-forest foothills near Cali, Colombia — and a place where we’re actively exploring what it means to live in right relationship with land, food, community, and the unseen world that moves through all of it.
We take farming seriously, and we also take the spiritual dimension of this work seriously — not in a dogmatic way, but with respect, curiosity, and humility. The land teaches, if you’re willing to listen.
What Life Here Looks Like:
-Daily, physical farm work — soil building, planting, harvesting, caring for animals
-Learning by doing: agroecology, biodynamic and biointensive practices, seed work, observation
-Weather, mud, fatigue, repetition, frustration, beauty, and long quiet stretches
-Living close to others, with fewer distractions and more responsibility
Alongside the work, we regularly gather — to cook, to talk, to play music, to dance. The arts aren’t a side project here; they’re part of how we process life, mark time, and stay human. Music, movement, and shared creative moments help hold the intensity of farm work and deepen our sense of community.
Food & Shelter:
We eat simply and well — mostly vegetarian, largely from the land. Housing is shared and comfortable, but modest. This is about function, not luxury.
Commitment & Exchange:
A longer stay allows trust to build — with the land and with each other. People who come ready to humble themselves, accept discomfort, and commit to the slow rhythms of agrarian life tend to thrive here. Those looking for comfort, constant stimulation, or clear outcomes often don’t.
We’re happy to talk through expectations, schedules, and how contributions work. Financial support isn’t required, but it does help keep the project alive.
If you feel called to real farm work, grounded living, creative expression, and honest exploration — including the spiritual questions that farming inevitably raises — this might be a good place for you.

Travelers are hosted in our baharaque (bamboo and earthen plaster) home in a comfortable bedroom and bathroom, shared kitchen, beautiful views and plenty of private chill-out spaces.

Algo más...
The place is just a cheap 40-minute bus ride from the heart of Cali — Colombia’s vibrant salsa capital with plenty of music, markets, and culture to explore. The Pacific coast isn’t far either, and epic jungle, river, and waterfall adventures are within a couple hours of here
And honestly, you don’t even have to leave the farm to have fun — we host community gatherings, music jams, dance classes, and bonfires, so there’s always something happening and new friends to meet!

Kino (17 años)
Kino has spent more time at the farm than any of us humans. He's quite old and requires a fair amount of care, but he's very sweet.
