Descripción
This is an artistic and cultural creation space located in Sancti-Spíritus, a municipality of 600 inhabitants in the west of the province of Salamanca.
We organise activities such as prototyping laboratories, artistic residencies, workshops and festivals around a series of themes that we consider interesting: agroecology, music, dance, technology, audiovisual production, self-construction, intangible heritage, etc.
We also develop our own projects on these themes and advise other organisations on their development.
How?
Learning collaboratively and hands-on. Observing, investigating and testing, failing, learning from our mistakes, reflecting and trying again.
Our working methodologies are based on permaculture and hacker ethics applied to all areas of human life.
We organise ourselves in laboratories or work areas to develop projects and activities on topics as diverse as organic agriculture, art, self-building, technologies, leisure and energy.

Workawayers will be fully integrated into the organization and work systems. They will become part of the family and the team. They will join the work group they are most interested in (organic agriculture, textile, self-building, music, energy, robotics) and will participate in the projects accompanying the person in charge. In addition, they will always have the possibility to develop their own projects, accompanied and tutored if required by the project coordinator of that particular laboratory.
In addition to the exchange of knowledge, they will use project management tools, documentation and agile development methodologies in a transversal way.
Ayuda
In addition to these occasional projects, you will help us with the maintenance of the garden and food forest (picking vegetables for cooking, removing weeds, watering) as well as the maintenance of the chickens and rabbits (collecting eggs, cleaning the coop).
We are looking for people interested in participate in the different projects we develop. From the construction of a chicken coop to the soundproofing of the music studio, from the cultivation of tomatoes to the restoration of the old mill.

We like to practice and learn languages, some of us speak English, Portuguese, French and some words in Arabic, Wolof, Hausa. If you want to practice or learn Spanish and help one of us with English, great!
Alojamiento
Depends on availability travelers will stay in a private or shared room with a bed and closet. We live in the same house of the rest of the team.
We offer vegetarian food as a base for all of us, we cook and eat together, share moments, experiences.

This place is located between three points of natural interest, Las Arribes del Duero, Sierra de Francia and Sierra de Gata.
We are 40 minutes from Salamanca and 10 minutes from Ciudad Rodrigo.
We are also 25 minutes from Portugal and 2 hours and a half from Aveiro beach.
