We are a family located rurally in magical Mangawhai, we love our quiet lifestyle, visiting the beautiful beaches nearby and hanging out with our pet horses, cows, rabbits, chickens and cat

Interested in help with veggie garden, orchard, looking after animals, and would love help from any handy men/ women with DIY projects/ painting also. Prefer Workawayers with their own car as we are rural- 10-15mins drive from beaches and town.

Such a welcoming and heartwarming person. I really enjoyed the time with her and her family, which i got included in from the first minute.
As I had no own car, she tried as often as possible to drop me off for several walks, the beach (pretty good for surfing) and other activities near by and even invited me to trips with her… read more
She made me feel very confortable, she became a second mum and we had very interesting conversations. I spent two weeks with her when I arrived in New-Zealand, she helped me to find my car, she was very understanding and helpful.
The work was not hard (she’ll make sure its not to hard or too much for you anyway)… read more
