  My name is Tutti, I was born and raised in Tucson Arizona & recently came across this beautiful house / piece of land that I now call home. Though the house is gorgeous with a good amount of land and potential, there still awaits a lot of fixing up. I feel its a good experience to share with others, not only for the work growth/ knowledge but for the simple joy of learning more about other cultures & manifesting a place of creative growth/happiness that people can enjoy as much as I do.

  Travelers who volunteer in my little desert sanctuary will experience the beauty of the desert, learn about western American culture, and enjoy authentic Mexican food. Friends of mine have spent time doing workaway and or hosting volunteers so I have learned what it means to be a good host. As well as having plenty of beautiful places around the area to explore, including mountains, rivers, lakes (not to far from the house), there is a potential for taking a brief trip via car to Mexico (which is about an hour away). In general this space should be looked at as a place of self expression, creativity, and tranquility.

  I live in an old style adobe house in the desert that needs plenty of renovations and final touches. For instance starting to dig soil in the soon to be garden, painting, plastering, etc. I am looking for volunteers who enjoy working with their hands, don't mind the heat (in summer months), and someone who takes pride in their work.

  Volunteers will stay in the main house with me when the guest house it being rented out. You will have your own room & more than likely your own bathroom as well.

  As I mentioned, there are local mountains you can see from the house that only take about 20 minutes to drive to, river beds with flourishing wildlife, potential horse back riding, bike trails etc.
