Hello! I am a mother from a small, beautiful town in the Egyptian countryside. I live with my two daughters, aged 11 and 12. We are a Muslim family, and we would love to host an English-speaking guest who is interested in a genuine language and culture exchange. In return for helping us learn English through full immersion (speaking, listening, and daily practice), we offer you a comfortable place to stay with us, home-cooked Egyptian meals, and the chance to discover the real, peaceful side of Egypt away from the big cities. You will get to explore our charming town, walk through the green fields, experience authentic Egyptian village life, and taste the most delicious homemade Egyptian dishes. We can even teach you how to cook them!
Our main goal is for my daughters and me to improve our English naturally by spending time together, talking, sharing stories, and learning from each other. We are excited to share our culture, traditions, and daily life with you, and we are equally eager to learn about yours. If you are friendly, respectful, and love children, we would be delighted to welcome you into our home as a new friend and family member.

    Daily Language Immersion
Since our goal is to learn English through immersion, you will have plenty of natural conversation opportunities with me (the mother) and my two daughters (ages 11 and 12). We will speak English during meals, outings, and daily activities. In return, you will hear and learn Egyptian Arabic phrases, proverbs, and common expressions used in real life.
    Traditional Customs & Hospitality
Experience true Egyptian hospitality – tea with mint, welcome greetings, and sitting on the floor for meals in the traditional way. Learn about our daily routines, family values, religious occasions (such as Ramadan), and how we celebrate holidays like Eid. You are welcome to join us in simple activities like watching Egyptian films, listening to local music, or playing traditional games with the children.
    Handicrafts & Local Skills
If interested, you can learn basic traditional skills such as bread baking in a clay oven, hand-weaving, or simple crafts that are still practiced in our village.
    Exploring the Surroundings
We can take you on short trips to nearby attractions – a riverbank, a local mosque or church, ancient ruins , or simply the most beautiful spots in our town where locals relax. You will see a side of Egypt that most tourists never see.
    Sharing Your Own Culture
Cultural exchange goes both ways. We would love for you to share your own culture – your food, music, traditions, and language – with us. You can teach us a dish from your country, show us photos of your hometown, or tell us stories about your life. This will enrich the experience for all of us.

  • Alojamiento

    Alojamiento

We provide a clean, comfortable, and quiet bedroom exclusively for our guest. The room has a bed with fresh linens, a wardrobe, a small table, and good natural light. You will have access to a clean bathroom. In our home, the bathroom may be shared with the family, but we respect your privacy and will arrange convenient times for you to use it comfortably. We include three homemade Egyptian meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). All meals are freshly cooked with local ingredients. We can accommodate simple dietary preferences (vegetarian, no pork, etc.) – just let us know in advance. You are also welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your own familiar foods if you wish. We have reliable Wi-Fi internet access throughout the house, so you can stay connected with your family, work, or study online. Electricity and water are available with backup solutions for occasional outages (common in rural Egypt). You are free to use the living room, dining area, and our rooftop to relax, read, or enjoy the countryside view. The atmosphere is family‑friendly, warm, and respectful. Our home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood in a small Egyptian town. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. As a family with two young daughters, we maintain a modest, respectful environment. Smoking is not allowed. We understand that every guest is different. If you need anything extra – a fan or heater, extra blankets, a desk for studying, or a change in meal times – just ask. We will do our best to make you feel at home.
