Descripción
We’re a Franco-Spanish family living in the famous Gruyère country in Switzerland.
We love animals but also enjoy traveling, which is why we offer our home in Broc, canton Fribourg, next to Bulle and Gruyères, with a beautiful terrace and garden, in exchange for taking care of our fluffy baby Bouh, a sweet and playful female rescue dog, about 10 years old.
Bouh needs a few walks a day, plenty of kisses and cuddles, and some playtime to be happy. There are several lovely walking spots within walking distance, including mountains, but you’re also welcome to take her further by car, train or bus.
We live in the center of a small village called Broc, close to supermarkets and other amenities, just 10 minutes away by car from Bulle, 30 minutes away from Fribourg north, Montreux and Vevey south, and about 50 minutes away from Lausanne.
We prefer that you take Bouh when you go visit, but it is also possible to leave her at home exceptionally to do a bit of tourism.
Switzerland is a very dog-friendly country, and dogs are welcome in most places, including public transport.
If you come by car, you can use our parking. -

Solo travellers, couples and families welcome!
We are looking for a couple or a family. Bouh needs to eat twice a day and to get at least one good walk. We also except the housesitters to keep the place clean.
We are looking for help on specific dates 2026/2027:
- From 2nd to 8th November 2026
- From 26th December 2026 to 4/5 January 2027 -

We live in a 3-bedroom sunny house: one double room and one single-bed room. We can also accommodate another single room.
There is also a sofa-bed in the living room.
The house is divided in 2 levels with stairs, with a nice garden and terrace. -

For obvious reasons, we ask all house sitters to stick to these dates and never leave Bouh alone more than 4h.

There is a desk in one of the rooms with a big screen - we work at home too.
