Middle aged mixed-race gay couple living in East Los Angeles. We have a shed that we would like renovated. The structure already exists, but I would like to extend it and move it over from the property line. It needs insulation and dry wall and updated window framing.

We live in the heart of East Los Angeles in a very Latino focused neighborhood. The primary language spoken by most of the residents is Spanish (but not us). Downtown Los Angeles and all of its cultural and educational attractions is about three miles form our home. Access t the beach can be had by subway and light rail.

I have a spare room that is currently being used as an office. There is a single bed and a futon that can be used for sleep. We would all share the one bathroom. We would be able to provide one meal, dinner in the evening.

The metro stop is about a mile from our home and it provides public transportation to downtown Los Angeles and its attractions and the beaches of Santa Monica. You can either walk to the subway or there is a bus to the subway.
