  Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Robson Valley, our stunning acreage offers unparalleled access to the backcountry and an incredible opportunity to live right in the mountains! We are seeking a reliable, year-round ( mainly April to October and then December to March) permanent house sitter to live on-site and monitor our property while we come and go. Because we do not live at the property full-time, you will have the entire home to yourself. There is no business work required for this exchange. We simply need a trustworthy person (or couple) to keep the home secure and handle basic seasonal yard care. The perfect candidate is just an email away! If you love the outdoors, value a peaceful mountain lifestyle, and want the flexibility to potentially make a living as well, we want to hear from you!

The home and yard must be kept well-maintained at all times.Seasonal Responsibilities: Basic lawn maintenance in the summer, snow removal in the winter, and general security monitoring year-round.Privacy & Monitoring: We deeply value our privacy and yours. Please note that we do monitor activity on the property to ensure everything remains secure and running smoothly.🍉 Food & House RulesSelf-Catering: Because you have full, private use of the home and minimal daily chores, this is a housing-only exchange. You are responsible for buying and cooking your own food.House Guests: This is a private retreat for the approved house sitter(s). Additional overnight house guests are not permitted by default, but they may be allowed on a conditional basis if you ask and receive our explicit permission beforehand.
