This is a research organization in tourism as well as in agriculture sector. Agro- tourism is the main theme of this organization. its own Cardamom farming, farm houses, Coffee nursery and research in KIWI farming in the village area.we are also been involving in vegetable farming both seasonal and off seasonal along the Tamakosi Corridor of northern Dolakha. The project area is located close to district headquarter Charikot about 40 KM of Dolakha District and 163 Km from the capital city of Nepal, Kathamandu.
The elevation of the project site is 1000 to 1950 masl. it is like a view point of the northern Dolakha and have pleasant weather all the year around

as we have been involving in a a family run small farm stay project as well as we do also run a small fabric based cottage industry . it is expected that we will they will be able to exchange tools and techniques on both production based projects. we will furthermore, exchange skills, customs and our culture in day to day life.
We mostly would like that the volunteer should support us in farming research of Cardamon, coffee KIWI & Coffee farming, support developing training manuals and infrastructures for establishing training centers for farmers and build a guest house to the visitors with the vision of Agro -tourism development in the area.the main support area is planning of agro- tourism, farming and technology transformation.

We provide all local foods to our volunteer cooking in our kitchen and do have a tent with 2 beds always available for volunteer. it is in the village area. after the devastating earthquake we are also been victimized and lost nearly all properties and infrastructure. staying with us currently have limit comforts but enough for kind heart and people with learning attitudes. telephone/ mobile could be arrange for the volunteers for the time being in the village.very peaceful place and also a lot of potential of water acctivities.
There is regular bus service to Laduk from Kathamandu daily. it takes 7/8 hrs to reach to the illage from Kathmandu. during the off time from works, volunteer could go short trek and excursion near by the village. we are living infront or on the lap of Rolwaling Himalayan range. Mt. Gaurishanker is the highest peak of the range.
