  The chill atmosphere creates a sense of community where guests and locals eat together and hang out together. There is a TV with HDMI connection so you can plug in your laptop to watch your favorite show or maybe a movie during a rainy night. A fridge is available 24 hours. Though we have a limited capacity of 60 beds, we can assure you that we will fulfill all your needs for the perfect holiday experience.
  Our location is perfect, just a few minutes away from downtown, in the Carlos Prates neighborhood, a very chill one! We are conveniently located next to the supermarket, drug store and hospital. We are also walking distance from the bus stop and the train station.
  We are a family hostel and we love what we do!

  Learn the Portuguese language is a very cool challenge but sure thing we can help you out! But apart from that, we are here to offer you one the best experience in the hospitally field and we hope you can have a blast while staying with us!

  Come have an amazing experience here. We work hard to make sure our hostel is always advancing and progressing in the rankings. For that, we look for people that are willing to help and do their best with the cleaning and reception to help us achieve this much wanted objective. Speaking good Portuguese is a must and any other additional language is a very valued plus. We are also looking for hard-working young fun people to join our team. If you feel like you flabbergast us, don't feel shy to apply!

  1 - How the shift works?
  At the moment we have 3 different shifts during the day so you may be asked to take one of them and they are not set, so one day you can help in the morning and the other one in the evening.

  3 - Can you sell things in the hostel like candies, pastry, crafty?
  Yes, you are allowed to sell in the hostel as long it does not compromise the business.
  
  3 - Vocês permitem vendas dentro do hostel (vendas lícitas - doces, salgados etc)?
  Sim, é possivel.
  
  
  4 - What are the tasks during the shift? Do you get paid?
  You are responsible for the reception and some cleaning around the house as well. And no, you do not get paid.
  
  4 - Quem trabalha na recepção fica apenas na recepção ou precisa fazer outro trabalho?
  O trabalho é dividido por turno e não por atividade. Sendo assim, durante o turno determinado o voluntario escalado deve cumprir com as tarefas, que variam desde recepcionar hospedes à limpeza/organização de quartos.
  
  
  5 - What are the meals included?
  Get your first meal of the day for free and get ready for the day. You can eat anything thats available during breakfast time.
  
  5 - Existe restrição de alimentação no café da manhã. Por exemplo: Os voluntários não podem comer frios, frutas etc? Ou o café é todo liberado para o voluntário?
  Todos os moradores (mensalistas, hospedes, voluntários) tem direito ao mesmo café da manhã.
  
  
  6 - Are the arrival and departure dates flexible?
  Yes, we are flexible, just let us know in advance!

  Sim, somos flexíveis mais pedimos para nos comunicar com antecedência.
  
  
  7 - What do expect from the volunteers?
  We expect you to be pro active and that really cooperate for our place to be the coolest one! We like talkative people and always with a cheering spirit!

  Esperamos voluntários pro-ativos, que vistam a camisa do . Gostamos de pessoas comunicativas, bem humoradas e que estejam dispostas a fazer do tempo que aqui ficarem um tempo de trocas benéficas para ambas as partes.
  
  
  8 - What are the restrictions applied?
  Everyone living/staying in the house must follow the rules, for example:
  
  Do not smoke and get wasted in the house, but you can go out for a smoke and you can´t drink inside the hostel;
  Do not bring people from outside;
  Do not use the hostels laptop and phone for personal use;
  You can´t get involved with guests;
  
  8 - Quais são as restrições que os voluntários possuem? Por exemplo: Não pode levar bebida alcoólica, não pode se relacionar com staff/hospede dentro do hostel etc.

  Yes, we offer it all for free.
