  Descripción

  The family is me my husband and son. There is a lot of sightseeing and good hiking to be done in the area.
  The nature is nice here. We spend a lot of time in the forest picking berries and mushrooms on the mountain nearby.
  Swimming in summer, go with the boat to the costal islands, ice bading, skating and skiing on the frozen lakes. We live close to the bigger city Umeå, where there is a lot going on.
  We have a big ecological garden that we need help with. We are producing our own food in a no-dig system.

  No problem beeing vegan.
  We will show about how to farm with our own compost and no pesticide.
  We spend a lot of time on the Tavelsjö aik icetrack and at the lake summering fir Fishing and swimming
  As a workawayer coming to stay with us you will be a part of our family and can come along on whatever you want that the family is goin to do. We will also give you advice when there’s something fun or worth see in the surroundings when such an occasion occur.
  You will learn a lot about regenerative small scale farming for self sufficiency and how to take care the produce and cooking food from it. We are cooking a lot of Asian style food, fermenting and so on
  Everything we do you will be a part of.
