  Hi, I’m Sylvain. I live with my family and our two loyal dogs in the stunning Yukon wilderness, just 35 minutes south of Whitehorse. Surrounded by majestic mountains and endless forests, this remote corner of the world is our home. The vibe here is genuinely welcoming, and there are always great opportunities to meet new people.
  
  We’re an active family who loves spending time outdoors, whether we’re playing, exploring, or working on various projects around our property. We enjoy healthy, delicious meals and sharing laughter around the table. Hosting people from around the world is something we truly value; it’s a chance to showcase the Yukon’s beauty and learn about other cultures.
  
  If you're interested in learning French or English, we’d be happy to help. I’m currently learning Spanish myself and always appreciate opportunities to practice.
  
  Our property spans 16 acres, and there’s always something happening, depending on the season. In the coming months, some of our planned projects include painting, landscaping, cutting firewood, and caring for our chickens. Don’t worry if you’re new to these tasks, we’re happy to teach you, and there’s always someone nearby to lend a hand. It’s a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive environment!

  Ayuda

  We're looking for someone to join us in a variety of hands-on projects such as painting, landscaping, chopping firewood, and caring for our chickens. No experience is necessary, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You won’t be working alone; we’ll be right there with you, teaching and working as a team.
  
  Maintaining a large property is an ongoing effort, but we’re not expecting you to do it all. We usually focus on one project that interests you most and work on it together. We're also flexible and happy to adapt the tasks to suit your preferences and abilities
  
  We also run a business; however, the helper will not be involved in any business related tasks, interactions with paying guests or visitors, or work in areas used by paying guests. Their assistance will be limited strictly to personal tasks.

  Alojamiento

  You will have a nice room inside the main house. Everyday you will be supply three meals and have access to snacks. Lunches and dinners will be enjoyed with the team. You will have access to a big communal space with a living room and a loft. There is also a hot tub you can use at any time.

  There will also be chances to head into Whitehorse and enjoy outdoor adventures like hiking, paddle boarding, and mountain biking during your time off.
