  Due to a cancellation of a workawayer I have availability from 13-06 until 04-08 this summer!
  
  I’m looking for a hands-on, reliable person to help out during the summer season, just outside Valencia.
  
  This is a small rural property where I rent out several casas, so there’s always something going on. I’m not looking for a formal employee, but someone who can support with the day-to-day running of the place and just keeps things flowing.
  
  Your tasks will include guest check-ins and check-outs, keeping an eye on the property, light cleaning and preparation of the casas, some gardening, and general help on the plot.
  
  Important to mention: I already have a cleaner, so this is not heavy cleaning work. It’s more about keeping things tidy, helping out where needed, and making sure everything looks good for guests.
  
  In return you get to live in a relaxed, nature-filled environment with plenty of time to enjoy the pool, the sun, and the surroundings. It’s a good balance between helping out and having your own space. I’m a pretty good cook, so you don’t have to worry about having delicious and healthy meals either. I often go out with the dogs to explore nearby nature areas or head to the beach, so if you enjoy being outdoors, that’s definitely a plus.
  
  There are also 3 friendly dogs and 8 chickens walking around, so you should be comfortable with animals. The dogs are part of daily life here, but not your responsibility.
  
  I’m mainly looking for someone who is easygoing, practical, and reliable. Someone who takes initiative, is independent, and doesn’t need constant direction.
  
  About me: I’m Patrick (42), originally from the Netherlands. I moved here after working in the Amsterdam startup scene to build this place and create a different lifestyle.

  I worked with a lot of nationalities and lead international teams. In the B&B we receive guests from around the world and that is also the focus with the retraites.

  I have 3 dogs 🐕, Guus (male 7 years), Leo (4 years) and Ruska (17 years female) and all very friendly and social. Essential that you love dogs, because they will be around. I also have 8 chicken ladies.

  I adopted Leopoldo after DANA. He is very sweet and playful. He is very attached and happy he found his forever home. He loves to eat a lot and hunt in the campo haha
