  Hi my name is Andrea
  I recently purchased an abandoned 400 ft.² building and converted it into my tiny home 🏡
  filled it with loving beautiful energy . Although the space is little, is fully functional for living andthe property is bursting with huge potential. I'm excited to open the door to people who wish to collaborate the creation of it
  
  In my former life I was a single mom home owner and salon owner for nearly 30 years.
  Shortly after they flew the nest, I did as well!
  
  I reinvented myself and found purpose locally volunteering and began solo traveling the world on a very small budget ! statistically I have always been at the poverty level financially but I have managed to manifest the most Rich abundant diversified life !
  
  and I am determined still full of passion for living it to the fullest for the rest of my days!
  I love all sentient beings, nature, gardening, music, dance art creating upcycling. sunshine fresh air and everything healthy! Mind body and soul
  
  I’m super interested in 17 STG's learning better ways every day how I can be a better conscious creator by contributing all my good energy to livingan eco-friendly regenerative sustainable and zero waste holistic lifestyle.
  
  Its amazing how much grocery money one can save when you’re not feeding your kids and all their friends anymore lol
  
  this once small town girl decided to expand her horizons!
  
  As a solo female traveler on a budget I began to explore volunteer and discover a whole new world. I saw and heard and tasted and felt things I never imagined!
  
  I learned so much about myself and others. I could live 100 lives and never be bored traveling or making new friends around the world.
  
  I just love interacting and exchanging good energy with others as much as I I need quiet time alone to nurture my free spirit

  Hello
  I'm open to different types of assistance from experienced volunteers who would like to take initiative by offering your skill set that you feel most comfortable sharing.
  There's plenty to do . The tiny house sits on a little less than 1 acre of land I am turning into a organic food forest with small fruit and nut trees, blueberry raspberry bushes and raised bed Gardens for other fruits vegetables herbs and flowers to provide a safe Habitat for local pollinators birds butterflies bees etc. Prepare the garden beds for next spring and plant some fruit and nut trees in the proper seasons.
  The goal is to Reclaim the soil , replace the grass with perennial ground coverings and create walking paths to the gardens and special areas as the property develops into the Vision of a holistic Eco friendly wellness sanctuary
  if you have experience with rainwater catchment systems that would be amazing as I plan to irrigate the gardens
  Id like to learn to work with natural earth materials and also make some stepping stones out of concrete.
  Right now there is only dirt in front of the entry door so I need to make a little patio where we can takeoff our shoes before entering the house.
  
  although I love to play in the dirt and not afraid tomake a mess when doing projects,I am very clean hygienic organized person so you must be as well .
  
  Next I am looking for someone who is familiar with brand development content creation YouTube social media as I would like to document this exciting creative journey .

  There are different options for accommodations depending on your needs.
  You can stay as long as you want or as little as you want ultimately I would love others to live here with me on this precious little piece of earth!
  It would be wonderfull if you have your own home on wheels .
  We can share the indoor space that I have divided into separate sleeping areas sections
  there is a sofa that converts into a bed and I have my own bed.
  Or I can provide a tent if you prefer to sleep under the stars.
  
  Indoors there is a nice hot shower
  T-Mobile Wifi,
  full shared kitchen
  And healthy nutritious food!
  I’ offer plant based nutrition . i still cook with eggs occasionally . a mixed diet of raw whole foods and prepared soups and stews.
  
  Please Let me know if you have any dietary requests allergies or restrictions
  we can shop together for foods you like we can cook together or I can cook for you or you can cook for yourself whatever makes you happy,
  Let’s talk in advance so we know how to plan
  
  Please note Im not retired yet and still have to work part time outside the home, so you would have to be able to commit to independently complete some projects and entertain yourself in your free time. as I may not be around as often as I’d like to be.
  
  This is 100% smoke and vape-free home . Absolutely none allowed as my Lungs have acute reaction almost immediately to chemicals. Thanks

  Important for you to note transportation options . Uber and Lyft are very expensive around here. A one-way fair to either of the major cities Greenville or Columbia cost between $120 US
  there is a commuter bus during the week called the Comet route 93X i offers round-trip i morning and afternoon connecting Newberry to downtown Columbia
  Don't worryI, have a vehicle. depending on our arrangement I can drive you places that you would like to go Let's talk about what you are hoping to experience while you are here!

  There is plenty of space if your home is on wheels! I can accommodate an RV, but please note there are no electricity or sewer hookups. You would need to dump at a local truck stop, but you are more than welcome to park and stay if we make those arrangements in advance. also I would consider hosting a small family and pets if you have your own RV or camper van.
