Descripción
We are a Sustainable Farm in the heart of Serra da Mantiqueira at 1,500m altitude. A place of wonderful nature and many beautiful waterfalls. We work with ecotourism, permaculture and sustainable projects.
Here, we run an ecotourism hotel business hosting couples or families mostly, from all over Brazil.
People looking for spending some quality time among nature, relaxing, bathing in our clean and cold water, trekking, eating good brazilian food and taking time to breath and reconect to themselves.
Besides the hotel running we are also open for visitation (in specific time and days). Most of our visitors come to see and explore the 7 magnificent waterfalls inside our property and also to eat the trout we are specialized in serving.
The ecotourism activities give us resources to develop some beautiful projects that really move us!
Based on permaculture, our project goal is to develop a small and replicable sustainable ecovilage model, so we can show people that is possible to live without destroying. We work seeking an harmonic relationship with nature, increasing the life and land richness instead destroying. And helping people who are looking for soul/body/mind cure..
The farm is big and so help is always welcome!
** General Services and Help with Animal Care **
We look for people who like animals to experience the day-to-day life of our small creation.
No experience is necessary but a willingness to learn and commitment are essential.
The activities are in general:
Cleaning and Maintenance of the chicken coop;
Cleaning and organization of workshops and warehouses;
Maintenance of Gardens;
Garbage separation (organic, recyclable, compost);
Beware of Animals (chickens, ducks, horses, peacocks, goats);
Maintenance in general.
** Help with Renovation and Bioconstruction **
We are looking for someone with some talent/skill in maintenance and minor renovations. There is always a facility to be improved. In addition to the new projects that we have to carry out, such as the banana circle to be built to treat the gray waters of our volunteer accommodation. Come help and let's bio-build!

Alojamiento
Shared accommodation, with bunk beds and bathroom.
We have two shared rooms (1 male, 1 female) and also a kitchen at each room that volunteers can use.

We are located in Delfim Moreira, a small city in the South of Minas Gerais, a very beautiful mountainous place of Brazil, 17km from the city center. Visiting the city and getting to know the local people and customs can be quite interesting, Our Farm is one of the most visited tourist spots in the region. So, it is natural that the volunteer spend a lot of time on the farm, taking advantage of his free time to walk on the trails and waterfalls or just relax admiring the beautiful landscape.
There is no public transportation service to the farm. You should arrive to the city of Itajubá or Delfim Moreira and some friend or farm employee will pick you up.
Buses Options:
From São Paulo (260km ~4 hours travel) -
06:45 a.m; 1:00 p.m; 6:30 p.m (every day)
Get off at Delfim Moreira
From Rio de Janeiro (290km ~4 hours travel) -
09:00 a.m; 9:30 p.m (every day)
Get off at Delfim Moreira only if you catch the morning bus. If you take the night one, please go until Itajubá, and spend the night. On the next morning, you shall take a local bus to Delfim Moreira.
From Belo Horizonte (480km ~8 hours travel) -
07:00 a.m.; 1:30 p.m; 10:30 p.m (every day)
Get off at Itajubá
From Campinas (292km ~4 hours travel) -
06:00 a.m.; 10:30 a.m; 2:00 p.m; 5:30p.m.; (every day)

Estamos localizados no município de Delfim Moreira no Sul de Minas Gerais, um local montanhoso muito bonito do Brazil a 17km do centro. Visitar a cidade e conhecer o povo e costumes locais pode ser bastante interessante, A nossa Fazenda é um dos pontos turísticos mais visitados da região. Então, é natural que o voluntário passe bastante tempo na fazenda mesmo, aproveitando em seu tempo livre para passear nas trilhas e cachoeiras ou simplesmente relaxar admirando a linda paisagem.
Não há serviço de transporte público até a fazenda. Você deverá chegar até a cidade de Itajubá ou Delfim Moreira e algum amigo ou funcionário da fazenda te trará até a sede.
