Hello, We try to produce as many things as possible that allow us to be almost food self-sufficient: lambs, vegetables, cereals then flour with our astriated mouin then bread, vegetables, fruit, goat cheese, poultry, mushrooms, honey, fish and recently a small citrus and banana plantation under our new building at an altitude of 800m in the Alps). We are self-sufficient (except tractors) in energy with solar panels, hydraulic turbine, Jean Pain reactor and biogas which allows us to run our car on CNG (JeanPhilippe has written a book "biogas-practical manual" to explain the operation and the techniques to achieve it in self-construction) There are many different things, so you will have to touch on many areas if you feel like it. We like to take the time to eat well. Lunch together, morning and evening to be decided together. We need motivated and autonomous people! It is almost essential to have already used DIY or construction tools. In any case have a minimum of the habit of using your hands To avoid spam, please put the phrase "SUNFLOWER" in your message if you write to us. Don't forget otherwise the message may not arrive. See you soon, jeanPhilippe, Sandrine, Elio (10 years old), Prunelle (8 years old)
Bonjour,
A bientôt,

You will probably work a lot but you will also learn a lot because we have many activities and several projects in progress (biogas, silvopastoralism, caravan, walipini greenhouse...). We are energy and food self-sufficient (we can live in good health without buying anything but we like chocolate, coffee...).

You will help on all aspects that allow us to be self-sufficient. There is a lot of construction work. for example this summer 2022, trailer construction, low-cost biogas digester construction for developing countries, solar ovens, stone wall
