  My house is run as a BNB off the grid on Great BarrierIsland .I need help with some painting on the side of my house and a small outside shower area needs a roof attached .I am close to the beach and having a kayak and a dinghy to use, so a plus if you know how to fish ,or enjoy spearfishing .There is lots of bush walks and surf on the island .
  Great Barrier island is a beautiful island close to Auckland by air or car ferry.

  You will learn how to live of the grid,visit beautiful beaches, gather seafood and fish .You will also be able to do lots of walks on the island .
  There are lots of native birds here on the island ,if into bird watching .
  The island is also famous for night skies to view, and its surf beaches.
