Hello! I am from San Diego, California relocated to NOLA now for 15 years. I am a photographer, work photography adventure travel and run a community based arts nonprofit with an emphasis in photography. I've owned a home in New Orleans for 11 years now and have another historic blighted home I'm looking to renovate. I continuously need help with small projects. The nonprofit needs help with research, grant-writing and capacity building projects. We can offer everything you want to know about photography!
I've been getting quite a few requests with interest in the non-profit which makes me realize I should try to set up a residency! I wish I could host everyone! Help with interior decorating/design of my office space at home.
Framing and hanging artwork: I have a bunch of art to be framed and hung. Looking for carpenter with experience making frames.

I have a music room with a guitar, ukulele, bass, tons of books and photo books, old film cameras and a lot of photography knowledge to pass along if I’m home.
The space: My house is a duplex and one side is a short term rental. You would have your own room with a private entrance on my side of the house where I stay in the other room when I’m home. It’s a shared bathroom.
I'm also down to practice Spanish.
