We are a couple of young parents in our thirties 😄 with a 7-year-old daughter 👧. We lived in Paris 🏙️ for a long time, traveled everywhere 🌍, including a year in Australia, New Zealand, and Bali 🇦🇺. For the past 6 years, we've been living near Bordeaux 🏡 and we want to improve our place and share it with you when you visit 😊. We also speak English 🗣️.
OUR PLACE:
We have 2 houses on our property 🏠, it’s great! We have everything we dream of here: ping-pong 🏓, jacuzzi ♨️, pétanque 🎯, badminton 🏸, foosball ⚽, bikes 🚲, an ambient temperature pool 🏊, and more! You can enjoy these when they are available and not reserved by our Airbnb guests.
Sometimes, you can sleep in a tent in the summer ⛺ if the house you’re staying in is rented.
YOU:
You will have your own room with a big bed 🛏️ in the large bnb villa (when available), and you’ll share the bathroom 🚽 and shower 🛁 with other workers and travelers.
There can be up to 3 workers here 👥.
We can eat together 🍽️ and spend some convivial moments 👫 sometimes. On the first day, we’ll take you to the supermarket 🛒 to buy your food for the week (grocery shopping is at your own expense 💸). We will have dinner together on your arrival night 🍴 when possible, and after that, you will be independent at your place 🏠.
OUR NEEDS:
We are looking for help for 1 to 2 weeks, or even longer if everything goes well 😃. No commitment before a successful trial 🤝. If it works, you can stay longer with great pleasure 🌟.
Any help is welcome 🙌. Tell us about your talents 💪, and we might be able to put them to use here. We are listening to your needs 👂 and looking for dynamic 💥, motivated people with a strong work ethic 🛠️. It’s a family project 👨👩👧 (not a business 🏢), and we take the time to build a great future 🌱.
The daily tasks usually include cleaning 🧽, DIY 🛠️, gardening 🌿, and general property maintenance 🌻.
We always have projects 🌟 to reduce the electricity bill 💡, find eco-friendly actions 🌍, build things 🏗️, promote our house on social media 📱, paint walls 🎨, improve furniture 🪑, create an autonomous camp in the forest 🌳, organize workshops for our Yaplukaa association on a voluntary basis 🤝. If you have any talents, you can also lead a workshop on the property for the people of Arsac.
OUR CAPACITY:
We can accommodate 1 to 3 people, couples are very welcome 👩❤️👩. We appreciate people who speak French 🇫🇷, even a little, for our daughter, or are comfortable with children 👧. In the summer, we often offer a tent camping experience 🏕️ because the large house is often rented, or with Workaway friends who have the same setup as us 👫, depending on availability. They have 2 bedrooms.
Our door is open to dynamic and motivated people only.

NOTRE LIEU :
Nous avons 2 maisons dans notre domaine 🏠, c’est super ! Il y a tout ce dont on rêve ici : ping-pong 🏓, jacuzzi ♨️, pétanque 🎯, badminton 🏸, baby-foot ⚽, vélos 🚲, piscine à température ambiante 🏊, et plus encore ! Vous pouvez en profiter quand c’est disponible et non reservé par nos voyageurs airbnb.
Parfois, vous pourrez dormir en tente l'été ⛺ si la maison ou vous êtes logé est loué.
VOUS :
Vous aurez votre propre chambre avec un grand lit 🛏️ dans la grande villa Airbnb (quand elle est disponible), WC 🚽 et salle de bain 🛁 à partager avec autre workers et voyageurs.
Il peut y avoir jusqu'à 3 workers ici 👥.
Nous pouvons manger ensemble 🍽️ et passer des moments conviviaux 👫 parfois. Le 1er jour, on vous emmène au supermarché 🛒 pour acheter vos aliments pour la semaine (course à votre charge 💸). On mange ensemble le soir de votre arrivée 🍴 quand c’est possible, ensuite vous serez autonome chez vous 🏠.
NOS BESOINS :
Nous recherchons une aide pour 1 à 2 semaines, voire plus si tout se passe bien 😃. Pas d’engagement avant un essai concluant 🤝. Si ça fonctionne, vous pouvez rester plus longtemps avec grand plaisir 🌟.
Chaque aide est la bienvenue 🙌. Dites-nous vos talents 💪, on pourrait les mettre à profit ici. Nous sommes à l’écoute de vos besoins 👂 et recherchons des personnes dynamiques 💥, motivées et avec le goût du travail 🛠️. C’est un projet familial 👨👩👧 (pas une entreprise 🏢), et nous prenons le temps de construire un bel avenir 🌱.
Les tâches du quotidien sont généralement le nettoyage 🧽, bricolage 🛠️, jardinage 🌿 et entretien global du domaine 🌻.

En été, nous proposons souvent un campement en tente 🏕️ car la grande maison est souvent louée ou chez des amis Workaway avec la même organisation que nous 👫, selon disponibilités. We lived in Australia for 1 year and used woofing and couchsurfing a lot. It was a real plus for us on our trip and a beautiful lesson in life forever engraved.

We have two vehicles and 3 bicycles to get around.

Nous souhaitons que votre venue soit des plus agréable, alors nous adapterons les tâches de travail à vos centres d’intérêts et capacité si nous le pouvons. Notre souhait premier est de s'enrichir mutuellement.
Nous avons vécu 1 an en Australie et avons beaucoup utilisés le woofing et couchsurfing. Ce fut pour nous un réel plus à notre voyage et une belle leçon de vie à jamais gravée.
Au plaisir d'échanger autour d"un feu et d'un verre de vin nos expériences passées.
Nous disposons de deux véhicules et 4 vélos pour nous déplacer.

Nous avons besoin d'aide dans divers tâches pour améliorer notre maison. Dites nous ce que vous aimez faire et nous aurons de quoi vous occuper. Par exemple peindre ? Retaper des meubles ? Planter ? Couper les haies ? Nettoyer le dôme de la piscine au Karcher, réparer des meubles .... Etc
Le plus souvent, c'est du nettoyage et entretien du jardin.

OUR HOUSE: You will be accommodated in a totally atypical place, a vast domain of 5 hectares with its forest and its plain, in the middle of nature and the forest. We have several rooms which are often used for friends and travelers. One will be offered to you during your stay according to the calendar. Either way you will have your independence. Double bed with sheets, storage and outdoor space. You will have access to the rest of the house, large fireplace, exterior, heated swimming pool in season, jacuzzi per period, games room, pétanque. Smoking is possible outdoors. Internet included.
THE ORGANISATION:
In général you work from 9am to 1pm and 1h in the afternoon ou 9am to 2pm. 5 days per week. 2 days off.
NOTRE MAISON :
Vous serez hébergés dans un lieu totalement atypique, vaste domaine de 5 hectares avec sa forêt et sa plaine, au milieu de la nature et de la forêt.
Nous avons 2 chambres avec lit double et draps pour les workers dans une maison de 7 chambres.
Fumer est possible en extérieur.
Internet inclus.
L'ORGANISATION :
En général les heures de travail ont lieu de 9 h à 13h et de 14h à 15h ou 9h/14h. 5 jours par semaine. 2 jours off soit le 1er jour de votre arrivée et le 7ème jour. 2 jours off consecutifs.

We are 5 minutes by car from MACAU station, 15 minutes from the TRAM C going to Bordeaux, 21 km from Bordeaux north and 40 minutes from BORDEAUX SAINT JEAN station, which represents an average of 30 minutes by car. For those who do not have a car, get the train at Bordeaux Saint Jean until macau and we will pick you up.
The beach is 40 minutes away by car.
You will have the domain during your free time and our bikes for walks around. We can drop you off at Macau station to get around Bordeaux and beach.
Nous sommes à 5 min en voiture de la gare de MACAU TER42, à 15 minutes du TRAM C allant à Bordeaux, à 21 km de Bordeaux nord et 40 minutes de la gare de BORDEAUX SAINT JEAN, ce qui représente en moyenne 30 min de voiture. Pour ceux ne disposant pas de voiture, il faudra de bordeaux Saint Jean prendre le train TER42 jusqu'à Macau. On viendra vous récupérer.
La plage est à 40 min en voiture.
Vous disposerez des équipements du domaine lors de votre temps libre et de nos vélos pour des ballades aux alentours. Nous pouvons vous déposer à la gare de Macau pour vous déplacer à Bordeaux ou à l'océan.
