  Hi , we are looking for a couple or two girls, also good friends that love live abroad together , to enjoy a great place .
  My grandparents that lives in front of you are kind retired people, absolutely independent and able to do everything by themselves. They may need some help to do easy gardening, as for example sweep away the old leaves in the private road or in the alley of the garden and keep clean the pool skimmers , because of watering and cutting our senior gardener , that lives there, will take care of it and, of course ,we are more then happy if you want enjoy our garden personally.
  The main job is mostly taking care of my home just for some cleaning and nice presentation when we have guests coming, to prepare the place for them , we do it just before they arrive , we do not do any daily cleaning, this is about my place in anzio, by the seaside. The same can be done in my smaller apartment in Rome where we will do also some hospitality, so you can alternate your time between Anzio and Rome so you can have the best of the city life ( as my place is very well connected to the very center of Rome) as much as you can enjoy the country seaside of the Roman Lido , and never get bored.
  When I'm abroad my mom or my uncle will guide you taking care of my places .
  In the periods that there are no guests coming, you can do more creative tasks as we create handicraft bijoux and decorate original creations, so we can organize this together , and you can sell it online and earn some extra money for you.
  It is important that you both have intenational driving licence, as we have motorbikes bpth in Rome and in Anzio, plus a car that we can use in case of special needs, you can drive if there is to do some chores around or to carry something from Anzio to Rome.
  You will have an independent house on the property, so you will have your perfect privacy,.It's a double bedroom, kitchen, an area outside, and your personal bathroom, you will love, as it was my personal place.
  Couples are preferred , boy and girl as much as 2 girls. The most important charatheristic is to be positive, autonomous and organized and welcoming with the guests.
  In Italy you will have the chance to enjoy great food , earn our melodic language and experience to live in a real Roman Family.
  Your place is in a residential quiet area, well connected to the center, and a few steps from the train station, so you may go in the center of Rome in 50 minutes by train and you are also close to the beach and well connected to the center of Anzio and Nettuno too.
  It is ok if you speak just english, but if you have some spanish or any latin language can be helpful to comunicate with my grandparents, if ever needed , but do not worry, i speak english pretty well, and when i am not there there is my mom, that also speaks well english and few other languages, , so, no problem at all.
  We are sure you will love our place , job is pretty easy and located in the nature and in peaceful oasi , where you can enjoy the pool, the huge amok ,the ping pong and relax in the sun if my grandparents are not in anzio, and at my place anytime that there are no guests, we are very friendly and easy going people .
  We prefer people that want stay long period as we became a big family, and you know by yourself how to organize and set up everything, (we had many people staying more than 1 year and was really great time and perfect relation, and we are so much friends, also now), but at least we ask minimum 3 months stay , of course better 6 moths, when it is possible.

  This is a great occasion to discover italy and it's capital Rome, and to improve your Italian skills cause can be easily improved to a good level with nice conversations, practicing a bit every day, and you will have a real roman family that will support you in every of your needs, everytime that will be possible, plus you will live on a green paradise and when possible you can enjoy the pool and sunbathe , and live our great garden too . We will love each other and we will be a big family as always happened with everyone we hosted 😍until now.

  We are looking for an happy positive couple, two girls or a boy and a girl.
  Better both but minumum one of the two has to have the driving licence to drive our car , and motorbikes if needed .
  The main task is mostly taking care of my house in Anzio, and my apartment in Rome, make it ready and perfect in case there are guests coming.
  On a daily base you can help our senior gardener with simple tasks like sweep old leaves and clean skimmers, that is a matter of only few minutes.
  It could happen sometimes to do a little maintenance in case of need, some extra cleaning outside, or same painting, maybe wash the bike and basic tasks like that, so easy job in any case.
  As told above some other days can enjoy with creative creations as we love handicraft jewelry or clothes and we can manage together, and you can sell it and earn some extra money for yourself .
  My grandparents have already a maid that came regularly to clean their house, so what we require is just to have somebody that we can trust, kind, nice

  The house reserved for you has a double bed, private bathroom and kitchen fully equipped with Owen , 2 refrigerators, and washing machine too, open space outside with table to enjoy the open air. there is a lot of privacy as the two houses are separated by a private road.
  We ask only 15 hours of your time in a week, so about 3 hours for 5 days , 2 days off for each of you. Obviously can happen that in a few days there will be nothing to do so you can rest and relax, as can happen that a few other days there will be to do for more then three hours , this is valid also for the days off, that are usually during the weekend but, in case of guests arrival on saturday or sunday, your day off will be moved in different days of the week that's why we prefer elastic , dynamic and easygoing people, as we are .

  We require just few hours of your time, max 3 hours a day, and many days when no guests are coming you will be tortally free, so it is all very flexible and easy, so you have plenty of free time to enjoy your stay at only one hour from Rome and pratically by the sea, which is very nice in winter too.
