I'm Alexsandra, world traveler, optimistic, curious, dependable, adaptable, responsible, fit, health conscious, fun-loving and self motivated. I love to learn new things, explore other cultures, I enjoy meeting people but also like regular quiet time to practice yoga, meditate and read.
I enjoy hanging out with animals, particularly horses and dogs. I’ve done LOTS of pet sitting jobs, taking care of goats, chickens and ducks as well as cats and dogs.

I’ve done two, work/ study programs in Northern Ca. at ESALEN, in a scholarship program. I worked in the kitchen, laundry, and the garden and studied writing and improvisation theater.

I enjoy hanging out with animals, particularly horses and dogs. I’ve done LOTS of house/ pet sitting jobs; taking care of goats, chickens and ducks as well as cats and dogs.

I’ve done two volunteer work/ study programs in Northern Ca. at ESALEN Retreat Center, where I worked in the kitchen, laundry, and the garden and studied writing and improvisation theater. I also volunteered at a Retreat Center in Northern Thailand, planting trees, taking care of the ducks, and preparing the dining room and clean up for meals.
I took care of 4 Burros and fed and groomed seven horses at a plant medicine finca in Guadelajara for one month.
I have had two workaway experiences in Mexico; learning vegan cooking, 2016 and the Philippines teaching yoga, in 2019. I loved both and learned a lot.
I’m a team player and like to work with people that are conscious and happily do what is expected of them.
I’m looking forward to my next adventure.

Love to explore other cultures and customs, learning basic Spanish now. I hope to improve greatly at my next workaway in Latin America. Love animals of all kinds, but especially horses and dogs. I'm friendly and can be outgoing at times, always strive to be a team-player, but appreciate quiet time with myself.
