¡Hola a todos!
Soy Sara, de una pequeña ciudad en el noreste de Italia. He vivido en Berlín por cuatro años trabajando como partera. Acompañar a las mujeres en el parto significa estar con ellas en uno de los momentos más intensos de sus vidas, cuando son vulnerables pero increíblemente fuertes.

También viví unos meses en España, donde hice dos experiencias de Workaway y además fui voluntaria en un refugio de perros y aprendí español, que ahora hablo con fluidez. Ademas hablo italiano, alemán y inglés.

Gracias a mi trabajo, tengo buenas habilidades para relacionarme con las personas y trabajar en equipo. También tengo experiencia en trabajo de finca por Workaway y en la granja de mis abuelos, y he trabajado en fiestas locales como camarera y ayudante.
Pero tengo ganas de aprender algo nuevo. Si hago algo, me comprometo al máximo: o lo hago bien, o no lo hago.

Me encanta viajar, conocer nuevas culturas, personas y explorar la naturaleza. Intento vivir de manera más sostenible y hacer pequeños cambios para reducir mi impacto.

En mi tiempo libre, disfruto del senderismo y a veces hago yoga. También me gusta leer, pasar tiempo con amigos y, a veces, salir de fiesta, aunque también disfruto una noche tranquila en casa.

Ah, ¡y me encantan los perros! Cuando vivía en Berlín a menudo cuidaba el perro de una compañera cuando estaba de vacaciones.

Hi everyone! I’m Sara, from a small city in northeastern Italy. I’ve been living in Berlin for four years, working as a midwife. Supporting women during childbirth means being there in one of the most intense moments of their lives, when they are both vulnerable and incredibly strong.

I also lived in Spain for a few months, where I did two Workaway experiences, volunteered at a dog shelter, and learned Spanish, which I now speak fluently. I also speak italian, german and english.

Thanks to my job, I’ve developed excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. I also have farming experience from Workaway and my grandparents’ farm and have worked at local festivals as a waitress and all-round helper. I’m eager to learn new things. If I do something, I do it with commitment: either I do it right, or I don’t do it at all.

I love traveling, discovering new cultures, meeting people, and exploring nature. I try to be mindful of sustainability and have made small changes to reduce my impact.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, and yoga. I also like reading, spending time with friends, and occasionally partying—but I’m just as happy with a quiet night at home.

Oh, and I love dogs! I often dog-sitted for a colleague when she was on vacation.
