Dear All,

My name is Laura, and I graduated last year as a product design artist at the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest. I would like to find a job in my profession one day, but I feel I need time and inspiration to find my true design voice, so I decided to spend my 28th year of life exploring different landscapes, cultures, activities and people. I also have the secret goal of overcoming my fears and learning to express myself confidently in English.

I consider myself a calm, balanced, creative person, open to discovering new things and helping where I can. I like to spend my free time doing creative activities, I like crocheting, decorating events, I used to do a lot of photography, I am a big fan of art films and contemporary literature, my favourite sports are yoga, swimming and hiking. Unfortunately, our apartment in the big city doesn't have a garden, but I grew up in a small village in the countryside and I'd like to get back to nature. My gardening side of me is now in the care of houseplants, but I would love to be involved in other gardening activities.

Quais são suas habilidades?

My collection of useful and less useful skills:

During my university education I specialized in furniture design, so I am familiar with some 3D design programs, Adobe Illustrator and Photshop, and I have experience in construction. I have also had brushes, sandpaper, drills, saws and flex in my hands.I repaint a room in our house once a year, and I have already had renovation work done on old furniture

My favourite gardening job around the house is mowing the lawn. I have never done any plant growing, but I am very interested in the subject.


I have a dog and we went to dog school together. I am happy to do dog sitting or dog walking. I used to go to riding camps where we learned the basics of caring for a horse.

I am comfortable in the kitchen, I like to cook, but I don't really eat meat, so I am not skilled in preparing it.

I am obsessed with organising, sorting and categorising things. One summer we sorted through the entire stock of a pharmacy.

I like to take photos of objects and places. Although I'm not a professional photographer, I have an amateur SLR canon and I can edit the images nicely.

I can crochet, especially tops, but I can also make useful storage items and bags for the household.

In my spare time, my cousin and I often organise hikes.
