I am currently traveling through the Greek Countryside! I’m planning to continue west in Italy, Spain, and Portugal for the next few months. I’m a flexible traveler, eagerly open to any opportunities!

I am a long term traveler, originally from California. I have been traveling for over a year, having lived in Mexico and Costa Rica, as well as working in Alaska over the summer. I am currently backpacking through Greece and Turkey, with a flexible schedule and an open mind.

Most importantly, I am eagerly searching for volunteer opportunities that allow me to dedicate myself to the enrichment of those around me, and myself in the process. Having spent most of my life working out of self interest and little passion, one of my most sincere desires is to dedicate myself to work that contributes positively to the world, and those in it. I am primarily interested in opportunities that offer community, meaningful work/charity, and cultural immersion.

In my day, I try to read and write frequently. I enjoy hiking, and try to go on a few 10km+ walks a week. I am traveling with a guitar, and try to spend a few hours each day playing. I greatly enjoy yoga, and am developing my own mediation practice that is becoming part of my routine. I am very comfortable in solitude, but love connecting with people.

I’m in a transformative time of my life, and my primary focus is development of self. I've been motivated to experience life without being limited by fear, and treating others compassionately in all situations. I’m hoping to continually learn more about myself and the world, gain new skills and passions, and push the boundaries of what I once thought was possible.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am formally educated with a BA University degree in Anthropology, as well as a few AA degrees regarding the English language.

I have a diverse skill set, which lends itself to my ability to quickly approach and learn new skills. From using carpentry to build multiple camper vans, spending years sailing professionally and recreationally, and over 10 years in hospitality and tourism, I am well versed in adapting to fit any situation.

I am an experienced cook. When settled down, I prepare all of my own meals and enjoy doing so. I love cooking for others, and food is one of my favorite parts of travel. I have worked professionally in a kitchen. I also recently hosted a dinner for 20 people that I solely prepared and served.

I’m an avid reader and writer, and will happily offer my skills to anyone that requests them. I greatly enjoy helping other writers, and am very open to helping any hosts develop an online presence.

I work hard and passionately when motivated by my work. I prefer flexibility and independence, but am able to work well with others and teams.
