Hej hej:) My name is Lena, I am 25 years old and grew up in Germany. I love travelling and I am so thankful that I got to visit many different places in my life so far, meeting new people and learning new things about myself. I had some wonderful experiences volunteering in Romania and France a few years ago and would love to make more! After finishing my Bachelor’s in Psychology in Germany, I moved to Sweden to do a Master’s Programme in Health Psychology. I love being outdoors, going for long hikes, runs or camping, and ever since being a child I loved being around animals. I have been riding and taking care of horses since I was twelve, but since I started studying there has unfortunately been less space for animals in my life. I would love to get back to that as well as to get a little break from academic life during this summer and am therefore looking for an opportunity to work on a farm, spending a lot of time outdoors with animals and doing practical work. Since I have been living in Sweden for almost a year, I can understand Swedish quite well and would love to practice speaking the language more during my stay.
I am always eager to learn new skills, so if you explain to me what I have to do, I am happy to give everything a try. I am also very adaptable and in my opinion everything can be worked out, as long as one communicates. I am looking forward to getting to know you!
