I am a recent graduate from Harvard in Mathematics. I love meeting new people, sharing similarities and understanding differences, and exploring new cuisine. I am a passionate swimmer and snowboarder. I am fascinated by palliative care and understanding how perceptions of death affect how we live our lives. I have experience practicing sustainable farming in Tuscany for several months and am excited to work on sustainable projects.

Quais são suas habilidades?

My studies are mostly theoretical mathematics, but I spent a semester studying sustainable agriculture in Tuscany, Italy, mostly focused on vineyards and olive groves. I did manual labor and science research there. I love swimming and cold water. I have worked in outdoor education and have gained several survival skills. I have worked in food industry as a server and dishwasher. I was a lifeguard and swim coach. I have helped build several bicycles.

I am going to be in Northern Norway for a year on the Michael C. Rockefeller Fellowship. The goal of my fellowship is to culturally immerse in Norwegian culture that incorporates the natural environment into everyday living as part of understanding how different peoples define meaning in their own lives.
