Quais são suas habilidades?
I have vast skills in customer service, conflict resolution, and team-work which were majorly developed in my role as a Starbucks barista. I also have skills in digital media (instagram, website building), event planning, and academic writing and research. Most of these skills, specifically for digital media and event planning, were curated during my time of running my non-profit where I, along with my co-president, marketed our platform on social media and online through a website that I built. In addition to marketing, through this position, I also planned meetings and events for students who were taking part in the program, helping me develop my event planning and time management skills. I am also a published academic writer, so I have skills in research and professional writing.
