Hi,
I’m Sarah, 33 years old, and currently living in Munich. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in the renewable energy sector, but I’m currently on a sabbatical.

What truly excites me:

Movement – Movement is essential to me, and even better when it takes place outdoors in nature! I love hiking in the mountains, surfing, staying active in everyday life, and doing sports with friends. Dancing is also a big passion of mine — I dance salsa, and electronic music is always a great option too.

Learning – I love learning new things and trying them out. There are no limits to the topics: when something excites me, I dive deep. Over the past few years, this curiosity has taken me in many different directions — from breathwork and astrophysics to systemic coaching.

Seeing the world – I love discovering new cultures and meeting people. Over the past few years, I’ve lived in Brazil, Israel, England, and Belgium.One of my favorite places is Portugal, where I’ve spent 1–2 months each year over the past years.

Baking – There’s hardly anything more relaxing — and I love sharing what I bake 😉

Animals – I grew up with cats and rabbits and love animals in general, but dogs have a very special place in my heart. I would absolutely love to have a dog of my own one day — until then, I’m the go-to dog sitter for all my friends.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’m quite flexible when it comes to the type of work:

General tasks – During my time at university, I worked in various hotels and bars, so I’m comfortable working with guests and cleaning. I grew up in a village with a huge garden, so I know what it means to harvest vegetables, make hay, and take care of outdoor tasks. And, as I mentioned, I love baking — I can definitely help out with that too!

Teaching – I’m a certified yoga teacher, a breathwork instructor, and trained as a systemic coach, so I can also support in these areas.

Business – Over the past few years, I’ve worked in various startups in the renewable energy and sustainability sector. I’m happy to share all my knowledge if needed.
