Aloha!

We are Rohan and Rebecka. I am from tropical Mauritius Island and Rebecka is from Germany.

We are currently backpacking , slow travelling without a return date ( for now :D)
Our purpose is to explore this beautiful earth , where our instincts and heart guides us ,while at the same time exploring ourselves as two fellow human beings.
A movement inwards as much as outward. It can be described as a journey of exchange and an act of humility. Its shows us that how strangers , language , foods , music , culture , traditions and so on are not barriers but doors that reveals us another perspective of this experience as being human.

Before we met, two years ago , I was backpacking and I volunteered in farms , hostels , community living , family farm stay. In austria I had the opportunity to volunteer in a community based on events/workshops organising. In Montenegro and Albania I volunteered in hostels , room keeping , cleaning and hospitality.
I volunteered in farms in Albania , as a lover and admirer of animals and just living close to nature In Greece I was part of a beautiful eco project involving cob building , gardening , restoring hiking paths.
I am open to learn and adapt myself to any kind of task that i consider myself capable of. I love to be part of something , to witness its beauty and to see it grow and bloom and leave a piece of myself to it.
I try to be resilient getting myself out of my own comfort zone.
I enjoy cooking , which i can define as creative intuitive cooking , I do not follow specific recipes rather than choose what is available in a kitchen and make a meal out of it. For me it feels like art and a process of always trying to make something out of nothing. I can always be handy for kitchen tasks.

Hi i'm Rebecka , born in Germany, but my family roots are in Romania. In Germany, I have worked in various kindergartens, focusing on nature-based kindergartens. I loves interacting and playing with the children—not a day goes by without at least one laugh. It is my heartfelt desire to grow together, to experience, explore, understand, inspire, admire, and motivate one another. Full of care and compassion, I love to guide and support children. In my free time, I breathes deeply with all my senses, noticing what resonates with me —every single day—finding new interests and committing to what feels right. I often spends time in the forest with friends, observing my surroundings. I harvests plants and enjoys processing them into creams, teas, or tinctures.
