Hi, my name is Francesca and leave in a cottage in Marta on the beautiful lake of Bolsena. I have 3 dogs ( like children to me ): a mother and two of her kids. I am asking only few hours a day for five day a week looking after the house and dogs or the garden and the rest of the time is all for you to enjoy the surrounding. If you enjoy nature, biking, or exploring other cities on the week-end, and you love travel on your own or you are a digital nomad and you need peace and quiet this place is for you. But you are looking to be in a sort of community, is not. I am very friendly and speak well either english and french. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom plus a large garden, so being the only human in it I can offer a private bedroom and a private bathroom as well. For long-term stays (3+ months), we offer special conditions and extra benefits that we will be happy to discuss privately during our video call.

Here we are in a very nice area, Viterbo town is just about 16 km away, Orvieto also is very close. History speaking we are in the very Etruscan land. Close by there are a great number of village very interesting. And the commuting to Rome very easy as well.
