  Hi, my name is Francesca and leave in a cottage in Marta on the beautiful lake of Bolsena. I have 3 dogs ( like children to me ): a mother and two of her kids. I am asking only few hours a day for five day a week looking after the house and dogs or the garden and the rest of the time is all for you to enjoy the surrounding. If you enjoy nature, biking, or exploring other cities on the week-end, and you love travel on your own or you are a digital nomad and you need peace and quiet this place is for you. But you are looking to be in a sort of community, is not. I am very friendly and speak well either english and french. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom plus a large garden, so being the only human in it I can offer a private bedroom and a private bathroom as well ( or shared with only one more volunteer # bathroom).

  Here we are in a very nice area, Viterbo town is just about 16 km away, Orvieto also is very close. History speaking we are in the very Etruscan land. Close by there are a great number of village very interesting. And the commuting to Rome very easy as well.

  Substantially I need someone who can take care of the dogs on my absence and help in around the house and the garden.`And if it is the case (meaning the skills) some general help. This will be depending of the applicant.

  If you are a digital nomad you are welcome. Internet connection is free to use and you will have a private room for yourself as well as the rest of the living room that is quiet. Also you could work from the garden.
