Will be in Cali learning how to Salsa until mid November then I will be driving south (I bought a car in Colombia) to do a couple weeks at a cool looking workaway then in to Ecuador where I will be in Quito for a week before going to another cool looking workaway beside the beach to surf / integrate with the community and just have a good old time :) If you are interested to come along for part of the ride let me know and we can talk about it :)

Rory has been really helpful and worked at various jobs like gardening and general maintenance he's very friendly and easy going. Mixes with the other volunteers . He is also very flexible .

Beautiful location right on the beach with a big garden and lots of cute animals! Very flexible with the work hours as long as you do them. The work is organized and clear and the accommodation private and comfortable.

Had a fantastic month at the institute, the students were really nice and engaged - much better than some other schools I have been at. The town itself is small but lively and you will get a really great feel for a small Colombian town.

Rory is the definition of 'Calm & Collected' He was teaching Yoga at my backpacker hostel. I personaly started Yoga with Rory and I enjoyed it alot mainly the way Rory add his own taste to it. my favourite time by far in Sri Lanka was at this hostel. it has a lovely family vibe and everyone is included in everything as much as they want to be. I have never met a hostel owner that puts so much of their heart and soul, time and effort into making sure the guests have a good time and always have a group to be part of.

(Good vibes and positive ...)
Don’t know where to start really but this was such an amazing experience. If you want to chill or party or surf then this place has it all. This is a special place in el paredon and I felt so lucky to be a part of it. It was extremely hard to leave (after 3 months) and I felt like I was leaving family behind , I will be back one day!

Rory is a great guy. Funny and responsible. He always showed respect for our hostel and its facilities and helped with our needs. He got along good with the rest of staff and guests. We would definitely host him again no doubt. We will miss you Rory!

Had an amazing experience at this hostel. I was there for one month, the work was very clear and easy to understand and it is right next to the beach in the beautiful romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta.

Great farm! Lots of lovely animals and beautiful country side. Work is straight forward and rewarding. Julia was really nice and accommodating and there was a great bunch of people there when I went! A great place to escape to and be peaceful, hope to be back some day!

Rory contacted us early in the morning looking for a place to stay for the night. He showed up and was ready to help out. He was also very friendly and we really enjoyed getting to know him. He was headed to another workaway but we would have loved for him to stay longer.
