Hey my name is Pilar, I'm from Palma de Mallorca, Spain, and I'm specialized in social integration.
Since I’ve been a little girl I’m certain that my gift in this life is to be with people, know them, learn from them, and also share my skills with them. One day I discovered social work, a way of supporting people that are vulnerable in this society.
I love all the artistic ways of expression: dance, music, literature, writing, theatre, singing, painting, etc. And because of this I use it all the time with the education and the leisure.
At the same time I’m curious about life, about exploring the outside world but very much my inside world too, meaning that I follow the philosophy of being present, humbleness. I also meditate and practice gratefulness.
My new project is sharing knowledge and practices about the movement as a “move-meant”, with this I use the body as a useful expression and a way to nourish it that also benefits mental health. Nowadays I practice this with the Dapo.
I love nature, animals and the sea, as I grew up in this environments.

Quais são suas habilidades?

My skills can be useful as a community integrator:
- Mediation of conflicts
- Propose creative solutions for apparent barriers (contextual, emotional, different disabilities, curricular adaptations, mobility adaptations etc.).
- Create activities.
- I worked with women in a vulnerable situation, children in education, people with disabilities, people with mental disorders and homelessness.

The skills that I can offer with the ecosystem are general, as I grew up at the countryside. Also I forgot a lot but it will be easy to remember and make it.
At the same time I know first aid and survival skills.

The creative skills that I love to share are:
- Dancing
- Yoga
- Music therapy
