Hi. I’m an retired customs officer. I am very much into outdoor living. I kayak, scuba dive , hill walk etc. I have just finished renovating a house and have built 2 houses in a previous life. I worked as a dog handler for 10 years and before retirement I was chief officer and captain of customs cutter on the Irish coast. I have a large garden a polyethylene tunnel. So I grow what I can for food. Winter weather in Ireland is not great so since retirement I spend winter travelling. Mostly solo in my camper. Summers I normally spend in my beautiful home country. I love to meet interact, learn, and teach from / with others. This is my first venture into work away.

Hi. I’m easy going. I have general building skills. Iv built 2 houses and renovated one which I now live in. I have an interest in gardening I grow my own food. I taught scuba diving in grand cayman fo 2 years and am a padi and cmas dive instructor I worked as a customs dog handler for 10 years And chief officer and captain customs cutter for 14 years. I coach soccer I love to travel and interact with people. I’m a non smoker and only drink socially. This is my first venture into wokaway but I’m retired and would like to interact with other likeminded people outside and inside Ireland .

I’m easy going. If I’m traveling in Europe I generally have my camper with me so may not need accommodation. I suppose depending on how long I stay and what’s available . I like listening to easy going music

Peter and Suzanne came through our town in their camper van and we were lucky enough to meet them. They told us all about Ireland and their travels. They shared stories from their trips to Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Vietnam.

The students had a great time with them , they made the classes really fun and enjoyable! 😊
