Hello,

My name is Nohé, I am a Master’s student in Sports Science in France. During my first semester this year, I am lucky to have some free time, which I would like to use to travel, learn, and discover Irish culture through the woofing experience.

I grew up in the countryside in a family of three children, with a vegetable garden and animals (chickens, cats). Gardening, taking care of animals, and outdoor life are therefore familiar to me and something I really enjoy. I am curious, motivated, and I appreciate both manual work and meeting new people.

I will be available from September 26th to December 7th, 2025, and I would be happy to dedicate this time to contributing to your project while living a rewarding experience of exchange and discovery.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I am comfortable with many types of manual work such as DIY, gardening, outdoor maintenance, manual handling, and small repair tasks. Growing up in the countryside with a vegetable garden and animals, I am used to farm work and basic animal care.

In addition, my studies in Sports Science have given me experience in sports coaching, teamwork, and organizing physical activities. I am motivated, reliable, and I adapt quickly to new situations.

Outside of my studies and manual work, I am passionate about sports. I coach athletes in triathlon and I personally train in running and cycling. My dedication has allowed me to compete in the First Division of clubs in France, an experience that has strengthened my discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.
