Hi, I’m Nakisa!
I’ve been traveling full-time since January 2020, and in the past five years, I’ve explored over 80 countries. My journey began with a one-way ticket to Mexico—and when the world shut down during the pandemic, I found myself in Patagonia, Chile, where I ended up volunteering in a hostel for five months. It was a beautiful reminder of how adaptable and connected we can be, even in uncertain times.
Since then, I’ve remained on the road, drawn to the simplicity, beauty, and deep connection found in countryside life and intentional communities. These are my favorite places to volunteer and live.
I live in the present moment and don’t take life for granted. For me, volunteering isn’t just about giving—it's also about learning, sharing, and growing through meaningful connections with people and places.
I’d love to meet you and offer a helping hand in any way I can. I have experience in a wide range of volunteer work and genuinely enjoy being of service. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, caring for children, helping in the garden, or just sharing good conversation—I’m here for it.
I love watching sunrises and sunsets, being immersed in nature, hiking, camping, climbing, and exploring music and culture. Each day is a gift, and I try to live it with purpose and gratitude.

Quais são suas habilidades?
I worked in the hostel many different roles, from social media manger to receptionist and hostel cleaning supervisor.
I speak Farsi (my native language), english and intermediat spanish. I can teach you language and can adopt to new roles very easy and fast, i also like to work on a farm as well. i like to connect to people, animals and nature.

I really enjoyed staying 17 days in Honok ( traditional korean house) and doing jobs outside of the house like collecting wood and etc.
I appreciate spending time to teaching us volunteers Caligiraphy.
Thank you again.

The work is easy and fun meeting many Koreans and help them with English is rewarding.
It's easy to communicate with Denis.

she was happy to provide vegetarian ingredients and there was a big garden with vegetables that I could use as well.
