Hello!
What motivates me the most is connecting with people from different cultures, learning new ways of living, and feeling useful. I have already traveled to more than 10 countries, and I love learning about new cultures, diving into local customs, trying typical foods, and exchanging authentic experiences. This is what Workaway represents for me.
I am happy when I am learning something new every day, whether it is a language, a skill, a recipe, or a new way of seeing the world. I also love enjoying a good cup of coffee while reading a book. Being in contact with nature or animals brings me joy, as well as seeing the result of my effort, such as a tidy garden, a finished project, or a happier host.
I believe the best things in life come from simple moments: a good conversation, a shared meal, a nice coffee in the morning, an interesting book, or helping someone and knowing I made their day a little better.
I am looking for hosts who value sincerity, respect, and reciprocity. I am here to contribute with energy, willingness, and good mood. I hope to leave every place a little better than I found it, while taking with me incredible memories and friendships.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I have a diverse professional background that combines people management, digital skills, and interpersonal abilities. I currently own a Social Media agency and work as CMO at Kaicotoba, a Japan business that helps foreign companies enter the Japanese market. In the digital area, I am an expert in Social Media management and have experience with content creation, photography, video making, and music.
From my studies in Psychology, even though I didn’t finish the degree, I gained a solid foundation in human behavior, communication, and emotional intelligence, which I apply daily especially in multicultural environments. I also have volunteering experience in Brazil, where I provided companionship and personal care at elderly homes, offered free haircuts to people in vulnerable situations, and gave informal emotional support using active listening and empathy. Additionally, I voluntarily managed Instagram accounts for small businesses and entrepreneurs who couldn’t afford professional help.
I worked as a Restaurant Manager, where I developed strong organizational, operational, and team leadership skills. I am adaptable, reliable, and enjoy learning new things. I believe these experiences make me a good fit for contributing meaningfully while respecting the host’s routine and needs.

I really enjoy quiet and meaningful activities. I love reading books, drinking good coffee, and listening to music. These moments help me recharge and keep a good energy. I also appreciate being in nature and simple daily pleasures.
As I am married, I prefer calm and family-oriented environments. I enjoy being in groups and sharing nice moments, but always in a healthy and balanced way for me such as meals together, coffee breaks, or working in a relaxed and harmonious setting. I feel more comfortable in welcoming atmospheres rather than big parties or nightlife.
I am looking forward to a peaceful, respectful and genuine exchange during my stay.
