Greetings from Belgium!
My name is Thomas, I am a 27yo young man, interested in fields such as agriculture/farming, sustainable development and ecology. I like travelling, making experiences and learning new knowledge. I am sociable and easy going.
I was a scout in my country's scouting movement for 16 years.
I have a master's degree in science engineering (2020).
I have worked two years as a project engineer in remediation of polluted soils and I am currently working as a sales manager in a belgian micro-brewery.
I am planning a cycling trip to Ireland with stays as a workawayer in between cycle journeys.
I am not afraid of physical labor as long as there is music and a cold beer at the end of the day ;)

Quais são suas habilidades?

- Master's degree in science engineering (2020). I have a keen interest in chemistry and bio-technologies.
- Farm working: I worked for several weeks in an organic cattle farm in Belgium . Most of the work consisted in cattle feeding (Limousine, Parthenaise and Blanc Bleu Belge), make a morning check of the animals in pasture, cowshed cleaning, taking care of the young calves, fence maintenance,... the farm also had two henhouses that needed regular visits and maintenance. I do know my way with a telescopic machine (Weidemann) and I am learning tractor driving.
- Gardening: I grew up in the country. I have always had a garden to maintain and to take care of and I grew quite fond of growing my own vegetables and cooking them.
- Handworking/Tinkering: I like crafting and building things. Although i do not have much experience in heavy duty, i can deal with basic tools and am always willing to learn.
- Other skills: fluent in french (mother tongue) and english, cooking, beer crafting.
