Servus! (Bavarian general friendly way of greeting s.o. - can be used for saying hello as well as saying good-bye)

Born and bred in South Bavaria (between Munich and the Austrian border) I'm mostly a nature person: love to hike and stroll around between some trees. Growing up with dogs, horses, goats and all kind of other animals I enjoy to care for them. Being a happy helpful person with an open mind, I love to be outside in the fresh air. I'm physically fit, an easy-going person and willing to give my best :-)
Sustainability is also very important for me and I stopped eating meat some years ago.
Having experience with listening to people, hospitality, gardening, weeding, seeding, caring for cats, dogs, horses and chickens.
I am happy with child care, guest service, mucking in and out, laundry, maybe a bit of cleaning and having fun doing all these things. Being a hands-on person I can mostly see what should or could be done.

why workaway?
Travelling has alway been important and mind broading for me. As a family we used to do a lot of holidays via Homeswap which was always a hilarious experience. I particularily appreciate the exchange with locals and would like to experience the world with all its diversity. Getting to know colourful cultures and enjoying a good time with you 😄

Workaway is relatively new to me. In March 2023 was in Bolivia together with my children (visiting my son who backpacked in South America). They organized a 2 week stay at a holistic perma-culture farm which we loved staying at. Having met wonderful and interesting souls there I now decided that I'd love to have more workaway experiences starting this summer :-) Thanks for reading,

crafts: sewing, knitting, decorating, quite an eye for taking good photographs, love beautiful handwriting (not handlettering) and colours.
