What motivates and brings me joy is living in connection with nature—especially through agriculture. I love working with the land, growing food, and learning more about sustainable ways of living. There’s something deeply fulfilling about getting my hands in the soil and being part of the natural cycle.

I’m also passionate about movement and creativity—I love dancing freely, cooking nourishing meals, and I practice Chi Gong regularly to stay grounded and centered. I’m always open to learning new skills, sharing good energy, and contributing where I can with heart and presence.

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’ve volunteered on a variety of farms, from vegetable gardens to citrus orchards and vineyards. One of my most meaningful experiences was working on a rice farm in Japan, where I had the chance to connect with the land in a very present and mindful way.

I bring patience, awareness, and mindfulness into my work. I appreciate tasks that invite focus and a steady rhythm, and I approach each day with a willingness to learn and be fully engaged in the moment.

Outside of farming, I enjoy cooking with fresh ingredients, dancing, and practicing Chi Gong—all of which help me stay grounded, open, and connected to myself and my surroundings.
