Hey!

We’re Josh and Samar. We met in Rio de Janeiro in 2020, we started travelling in 2022 and got married in Thailand, 2023. We’ve visited 13 countries so far and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

We both come from big families and have always had lots of kids around us, so we’re super comfortable being in busy environments and helping out with children. We are big animal lovers, no matter the animal, it'll touch our soft spot. We’re also really sociable—we love chatting, connecting with new people, and being part of a community.

We lived in Australia for a year, where Samar worked hard on her English, Samar is now an advanced level. During that time, we both worked a lot, Samar especially working 3-4 jobs. Samar was granted her NDIS card after proving her qualifications in nursing (national disability insurance scheme) this is enabled Samar to work with disabled men, women and children. Alongside this job Samar privately cared for a 9 year old boy with cerebral palsy, worked as a cleaner and worker in hospitality! Josh had a full time job in project management in comercial construction building schools, homes, hospitals.

Josh enjoys making sourdough and loves getting creative with it. We’re both into games; cards, board games, anything that brings people together and we really enjoy making videos and sharing parts of our journey on social media.

We’re kind, easygoing, and always happy to help out wherever we’re needed.

Overall at the age of 29 I’ve done a fair bit, I’m well educated and just a generally nice person to be around. I’m an optimist and I like to spread the love.

Samar

Currently, I am exploring the world, always seeking new experiences and connections.
