Hello
I'm Joel, an Australian traveller who is doing a year trip through SE Asia, hoping to meet and connect with locals within their community's to experience what it's like to live there.
I'm easy to get along with and pride myself on being a hard worker, I enjoy the outdoors be it spending time in nature, rock climbing or surfing. My previous jobs have given me experience with building, construction and leading teams to complete jobs, I'm better suited to working with my hands but can do administration tasks as well.

Quais são suas habilidades?

Growing up in the countryside I would say I'm better suited to working outdoors and building things with my hands, I have experience in maintenance of property's such as building and construction, keeping the garden healthy and looking it's best and using all sorts of power tools. I also have a keen interest in fixing mechanical tools and engines such as cars, motorbikes and lawn mowers.
I work seasonal jobs back home, summer I'm a firefighter which has given me excellent team skills and the ability to look after my own safety and winter I work in the snow as the operations supervisor for the events department both of which I lead teams of people to complete jobs to a high standard and in good time while keeping a good work atmosphere.
I have experience in administration tasks as well such as writing reports, planning events and schedules but enjoy being outdoors more.
